Life means a lifetime. Except that when this does not happen. This is a suspicious thing of some VPNSEURE users, whose lifetime subscriptions were canceled by the new owners of the VPN Provider – without consumers were already informed that subscriptions would end.
A Reddate user published a copy of a message stating that he had received from the new owner of VPN Sector. In this message, the company tells consumers that when they purchased the company in May 2023, they did not know about life -time deals.
A VPN, or virtual private network, encrypts your Internet traffic and masks your IP address, making your physical location unidentified. A VPN enables you to keep your online activity private and trick apps and websites thinking that you are in a different state or even in the country. To look deeply at the VPNS, you see the CNET guidelines about everything and how they work for everything to learn about VPNS.
In its email to consumers, VPNSECURED outlines a lifetime of deals. The e -mail states that the owner has not purchased “technology, domain, and customer databases but did not buy responsibilities. The previous owner did not reveal that thousands of history were sold through a platform like Dell (LTD) stack social.”
According to the email, the company disabled the accounts that had been inactive for six months or more, then canceled all lifetime contracts by April 28.
In the email, VPNC Department said that its “resources were pressed through these LTD accounts” which “does not provide permanent income to help us improve and maintain service.”
The VPNSECURE representative did not immediately respond to the comment request.
Users are not happy
Many proud customers weighed with angry comments on the trust pilot.
One person wrote, “I bought ‘Lifetime’ subscription a few years ago.” Terrible new owners come into it and cancel everything, claiming ignorance. Either they are stupid or they are scammers – not sure who is bad. “
In response to customer’s response, VPNSECURE is offering new subscriptions to users whose history deals were canceled. They can pay 87 1.87, $ 9.95 for a month), $ 19 for a year (instead of 79.92), or $ 55 (7 107.64) for three years. According to the email, which was posted on Reddate, deals are available until May 31.
