Down the reports down, fix in the development

Although the fix is going on for the past 30 minutes or more, the dropbox status page is still showing some problems.
However, the downfitter has largely returned to zero with only 100 reports according to this post. And we see people on the dropbox forums and support page saying they are eligible to access the cloud service.

Perhaps it is already working since reports on the downside have started to fall. It is currently sitting on reports of around 1,200.

The dropbox says it is investigating the issue.
The Status Page has been updated and now many components are reading such as “performance”.
These include website, desktop applications, paper and dash.
I have claimed in some user reports that the API and the smartphone app are also struggling, but they are still listed as operational on the status page.

On X, the dropbox support account is getting tweets from people who report that the service is low for them.
We have seen people report from California, Philippines, South Africa and Spain.
The support account is responding to this and is responding that they are “aware of the issue and are actively investigating.” He added that if you are facing the problem even after the problem is resolved to reach the support team.

Dropbox “Not Available for Something”

The Status Page has just refreshed on the dropbox.
Now it has a headline that writes, “Dropbox may not be available for some users.”
The company says it is investigating the issue.
It is unclear which part of this site is being affected by closure.
But it seems that people cannot enter their files or are unable to load them.
Currently, the downrime detector has more than 2400 reports.

Dropbox users are posting on the dropbox community page that matters are going wrong.
One commentator said they were getting this error message:
“Something went wrong. Don’t worry, your files are still safe and the dropbox team has been informed. See our status page whether there is any known event, our help center and forums for help, or go home.”
Others have complained about not being able to access the files or not be able to upload them.

By 11:20 pm, the Pacific, the Official Drop Box Status Page Service Lists as operational.
Everything is green with no blips.
The last reported incident took place on May 2 when the drop box appeared for some users for a few hours.
