Eight sleep pod is launching 5, which is the fifth generation of its expensive smart gold system. It has two important upgrades packs: temperature -controlled blankets and speakers who can play “Sound Sound Skips”.
Pod 5 builds on the upper part of the current tech of sleep, shipping with the same temperature -controlled mattress cover and height adjustable base, which says eight sleep helps reduce the scorching. The new blanket meets the core by syncing with it, provides 55 to 110 Fahrenheit to the water -powered cooling and warming range, but now from all around you. The second major addition is a combination of sound speakers in the latest base. Eight sleep has led to meditation on a set of non -sleep deprivation (NSDR) with neuro scientist and podcaster Andrew Herbamin “to achieve deep softening and restoration states.” There is also a choice of white noise and other quiet sounds, which can be prepared to close once, or if you prefer, keep playing all night.
A new report from eight sleep eight sleep app is also improving the health of the pod with health checks. It monitors breathing during the heart rate and sleep, and the “AI -powered algorithm” will flag any problem in the morning.
