Apple recently suffered a major setback in connection with its revenue when a court ruled that the company would have to immediately remove deductions from the payments made out of its App Store. However, the industry’s internal Mark Gorman said in the strength of its newsletter that the company’s ultimate goal is to completely cancel the decision as soon as possible. The court said that Apple has deliberately ignored the order and has continued to reduce external payments from app developers. Apple is currently investigating whether it will be charged with criminal contempt. The judge said Apple believes it can break the law and go away but it is not going to happen. Apple has also been charged In 2021, he was in court.

The company worsened the whole situation even when it claimed that he did not know how much This App Store profit. At the moment, things are not looking good for the company, and Gorman says Apple has no choice but to comply with the decision.

The company, however, has already asked the court to stop its decision as part of the appeal process. It is not going anywhere, but it is part of Apple’s plan to finally try to completely cancel the decision to the courts.

Apple will likely try to attack an agreement if it is unable to cancel the ruler. The company can use the Google Play Store and the Samsung App Store as an example of a platform that also reduces external payments. However, Apple’s “Walled Garden” environmental systems make people very difficult to use and will work against the company’s appeal.

This is not the only income series for Apple that is recently a threat by law. The courts are also trying to break Apple and Google’s partnership to provide a default option to the Safari browser to later search engine. This annual Billion will be 20 billion losses and will strive to maintain Apple arrangements.

The company has severely affected the company after Apple was forced to allow sodel loading, third -party NFC payments and other external powers in the European Union. I have said before and I will say it again: Apple’s wall garden is falling and it seems that there is nothing that the company can do to stop it.
