Low -tech privacy is another wave effect by Trump 2.0. Information Reported On Wednesday, Meta has changed its tune on the face recognition. To consider technology technology of the first version of its smart glasses, but after finally guarantees, the company is now working to wear worthy clothing that can identify nearby faces. Remember when being a “glass hole” was considered misunderstood?

According to InformationMeta has recently discussed the adding software to its smart glasses that scan the faces of by -standard and identify people by name. The company has also allegedly considered the inclusion of tech to the future AI -powered airphone with built -in cameras.

The facial recognition will be part of the tech meta feature, which is internally dubbed under the name “Super Sansing”. This feature will directly build the glass feature of the glass, which can only be dynamic for half an hour (thanks to its battery). But in future devices, which is expected in 2026, it can run for hours.

Information They say that the super -sensing mode will not be a default mode for glasses. The glass owner will have to opt. But the person’s closest company – who is scanned and named by their faces – will not do so.

By further worsening matters, passers -by will not even know that they are being scanned. Current rays turn the light during the Meta -Meta glass recording. This is a privacy -based feature that is potentially born from the Big Tech lessons from the social reaction of Google Glass.

But Meta is allegedly asking whether the future glasses should activate the light when the device “super sensing” them. Oh oh

Putting on a glass pair that provides you with AI -powered Super Human memory may look great. Don’t need to remember things – just let your environment scan and remind you! But when you think about poor lives in the proximity of one of them, Uh, Methole, tech is very fun.

Along with the rehabilitation of facial identity, Meta has updated her privacy policies. In April, the company changed its terms to activate its existing smart glass AI as default. The only way to opt out is “Hey Meta!” To disable. Trugging phrases. Adding entertainment is a change that no longer allows glass owners to be allowed to store and train the company on their voice recording.

Information Meta’s morally dubious changes draw a line from Trump’s election. The current Federal Trade Commission (FTC) does not want the rules that reduce the profits of big businesses. Last month, FTC commissioner Melissa Holivic promised “flexible, risky approach to the implementation of privacy.” The agency has also stopped using labels such as “surveillance ads”.
