AI’s agents are here to live here, claiming that agent AI has been claimed by 2027, in which the company has termed the trend as a “digital labor” revolution.
Chief Human Resources Officers (Chros) are expecting 61 % of their current works in their current characters, but employees are ready to work alongside AI.
Most of the survey, Chros (88 %), added that the re -deployment of human resources along with tech can be more cost -effective than external services, which shows that workers’ jobs may be much safer than their views, but that their changes may be more than that.
By folding workers with AI
According to the expected growth of AI agents, the Sales Force believes that 30 % can be felt to increase production capacity. The data also predicted a 19 % reduction in labor costs.
AI literacy has been identified as high skills needed at the modern workplace, four out of five (81 %) Chros are planning to re -establish employees for future roles, including re -assigning technical roles such as data scientists and technical architects.
The biggest growth in teams is expected, that is, research and development, and sale. Customer service, operations and finance are expected to shrink.
Fortunately, it seems that workers have enough time to get their issues in order and start their training trips, as 85 % of organizations have not yet implemented Agent AI.
Unpaid workers do not have unlimited time, however, 86 % Chros believe that connecting AI will be an important part of their role in the next five years, in four of the five believes that the AI agent and humans will remain together.
“Every industry has to re -design jobs, jobs and re -strengthening capabilities,” said Nathli Scarno, chief of the sales force.
