Don’t tell my colleagues, but I sometimes close my camera and march on the spot during my meetings. I had an excellent walking pad treadmills, but since my son was born, I don’t feel safe to keep the treadmill at home, even if it is not.
I really lose walking while working, but I have found this easy way to take further steps in my working day – walking during meetings.
Today, I turned off my camera and mic and pop up at this stage of 20 minutes of fat burning. YouTube trainer (Sub -titles so that I can still hear my meeting). Result? I increased my stages and burned 100 calories from my desk, and I Think My companions were not wise.
What is a walking exercise?
Rick Bhola’s exercise is a 20 -minute speeding workout you can do with zero equipment from home. Think about the phased aerobics classes that you did in the 1980s, and you are not far away.
Rick to move your heartbeat and legs to move you from several steps. You will repeat these samples during exercise, and if you step up with Rick, you will see the step counter at the bottom of the screen.
As Rick sheds light in the video, if you are wearing the best fitness tracker, your steps can be a little smaller than being noted on the screen. All fitness trackers count the steps through the swing of your arm, and when you are not operating “usually” and moving with your hands on your hips, the number is likely to be different.
I wore my Apple Watch 10 for this workout, and my watch predicted that I would run at an average of 1.09 miles at a speed of 19.22 minutes miles. This is slightly slower than my average walking speed because I strengthen my dog as well as my dog, but it felt fine for exercise.
My only advice – if you are in a joint flat, you would like to think about your neighbors. My colleague warned me why I was jumping (I was not, the whole workout is less effective), so if you are initially getting up and there are other people at home, maybe it is not to be done.
This exercise is suitable for all fitness levels – if you are completely early, you can grow slowly, or need a break, but it’s fine.

What are the benefits?
The obvious advantage of this workout is that you will increase your steps without leaving home – if you want to work, or when your baby is dealt with. It also has a low effect, so you are not putting extra pressure on your joints, which is suitable for all fitness levels, or even as a form of active maintenance.
Ricks do brands as “fat burning” exercise, and while you can’t reduce fat on the body, you will be in the heart rate zone. This usually means that you are working at 50-70 % of your maximum heart rate, and your body uses fat to fuel.
I can still talk to my colleagues and talk to my colleagues during my meeting, and I will use it as a way to make a fitness without a load of HIIT training or running.
For me, exercise is about Andorphins. This workout left me with a smile on my face! I like Rick’s energy and excitement, and when the steps first felt strangers, I was tapping a side step and foot like a pro.
