As it is expected that many companies are declining and replacing the good part of their workforce with AI. Yelp, a very famous platform to discover restaurants and other services, is also offering AI change for business owners.
AI boats will be able to communicate with the phone calls and perform a lot of work. They include ordering, making reservation or asking whether a business is offered a particular service. Yelp is branding features that will never lose consumer calls for businesses.
Showing in a video with a cheerful encouragement score in the background, Yelp says the feature will be provided to business owners very soon. On the paper, it seems that this is a very nifty tool but I can’t help but think that it will be likely to be a bit of a chance in the near future.
The AI’s capabilities shown in the video were also disturbing to anyone who doubled with the LLM model for a while. He responded in a similar way with other current AI chat boats and I think Yelp should really make it more and more customized so that he can be given some personality.

Here are some interesting bits to see too. For example, the AI boot seemingly capable of implementing a conversation so well that it can also note your phone number. This ensures that Yelp’s AI will use the LLM -powered sound identity like ‘whispers’ by an open. The standard of sound is not able to display the aforementioned video.
For example, many companies, such as Amazon, use AI for text -based customer support. This creates some hilarious moments where the user is able to ignore AI BOT’s guidelines and instead to participate in other activities. However, these kins are being evacuated very fast and the use of AI for Yelp’s calls will be one of the first people in the world.
The biggest problem with this, in my opinion, is the fact that consumers who do not want to talk to AI will be forced to do so. Repeatedly for a human agent can work in other matters, but a table booking is not something in which restaurants want to keep human employees with them.
