United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V rocket has been launched with Amazon’s 27 project Cooper Broadband spacecraft. The launch took place on April 28, 2025 at 7:01 pm at the EDT (4:31 AM IST) at the Cape Canvaan Space Force Station in Florida. It is said to be the first in more than 80 launches, which is planning to deploy Magakone Station for the project Cooper. The ultimate purpose for Amazon is to provide network service from the end to the end, which means to root data from satellites and satellite to satellite to satellite to satellite to a user’s terminal antenna. It is expected that consumers will begin to cover later this year. The remaining 80 Plus launches will be performed by Atlas Wei and its successor, the new ULA’s new Wilkan Centaur rocket.
Amazon’s upgraded project Cooper Satellite aims to or to compare the Star Link Link extension
According to a Space.com Report27 satellites will initially be placed at a height of 280 miles (450 km) and will later add themselves to their operational height of 392 miles (630 km). Interestingly, reports show that Amazon will eventually help more than 3,200 satellites. In contrast, SpaceX’s Star Link Network already has more than 7,200 Broadband Satellite. The report further claims that the brand is planning to launch 80 more satellites in the next few months.
Today’s launch used the Atlas V rocket, and the Cooper Flat Rollout will show additional missions to launch with more Atlas vs and Wilkin Santor rocket.
Amazon has also pursued its satellite with advanced technologies, such as phased array antennas, optical inter -satellite links, updates software, solar arms and efficient propulsions, to perform a high performance from any point on the ground.
Amazon’s Cooper Launch Launch Satellite seems closer to the satellite, which is a point to counter the operational architecture of the star link by setting a data link from the Internet to the Earth stations.
