It seems as if President Trump no longer thinks that the CEO of Intel should resign. Trump has revealed the truth on the social social that he met with Treasury Secretary Howard Latrick, and Treasury Secretary Howard Lotnik, with lipbuine, Howard Lotnik. He did not discuss the details of his meeting, but he called it “a very interesting”. Trump added: “His success and rise is a wonderful story.” If you remember, Trump has alleged that the tan is “very contradictory” because of his investment in hundreds of Chinese firms and should resign. Reuters Earlier, he reported that some of the companies had links with the Chinese army. “Mr Tan and my cabinet members will spend time together, and will bring me suggestions next week,” Trump said.
According to a report of Financial timesTan wrote a letter to Intel employees about the issue, stating that there were a lot of misinformation about their characters. He allegedly wrote in the letter, “I wanted to be clear … I have always worked under the highest legal and moral standards.” He also said that the Intel was talking to the White House “to resolve the issues that have been raised and their facts.”
Trump’s call for his resignation was allegedly taken to the CEO of Intel under a letter from the Senate Intelligence Committee’s Republican chief Tom Cotton. Due to tan relations with China, Cotton apparently expressed concerns over “security and integrity of Intel’s operations.” Tan was named Intel’s CEO in March, taking over a company that his foundry business was losing money for saving big consumers and being able to lag behind rivals like Taiwan semiconductor. Since taking power, Tan has implemented a number of cost cuts, which includes a reduction in jobs with the purpose of reducing its manpower by 22 % by the end of the year. He also told investors recently that if a major client fails to secure, Intel could abandon the development of technology for its next generation.
