Samsung recently organized an in -packed event in his summer, and was more interesting than usual. We found a new set of Galaxy Z Fold 7, and the Galaxy Watches fully re -designed, which in fact comes with meaningful new features.

For the first time in a while, we find not one but a group of new products that come up with new things.

But hardware is just half the story. Nowadays, premium mobile devices are extremely powerful, you have enough headrooms to continue for years. This is why the update of software is so important to keep customers happy, satisfied and in your ecosystem.

So let’s talk about the galaxy watch. And more importantly:

Various load and antioxidant index for old galaxy watches

Something interesting here. New Galaxy Watches include three models:
However, it is a bit generous to call them all new. The Watch 8 series is like the hardware Watch 7 (the same excellent acneos W1000 chip, the same sensor on paper). In particular, the Galaxy Watch Ultra seems to be a reiterate of last year’s model, now it is just with a new color option and more storage. That’s right, it’s fine, as stated above – the hardware is still at the point, so there is no big deal.

If you need further evidence that the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2024 and Ultra 2025 Watch are basically the same – Samsung is already emphasizing the new UI Watch 8 last year’s Galaxy Watch Ultra models. Given the history of the company’s update, this is absolutely unique. And a pleasant surprise!

And here’s the good news – a UI Watch 8 for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2024 comes with all the features we have seen on the stage. Gemini Assistant Onboard, Vascular Loads, Antioxidant Index – Fancy new things that, according to Samsung, improve our lifestyle and health.

It is good to see that the most expensive clocks from 2024 have been treating the ultra -ultra -like treatment.

But what will happen to those who bought the Galaxy Watch 7?

This is a very common question to ask

Reddest and Samsung support boards are already asking – what’s going on? Galaxy Watch 7 The 4 -year software comes with a commitment to update. So, are they getting an UI Watch 8 with Vascular Load Reading and Antioxidant Index? No one knows, no response has been given yet.

And well, the $ 600+ Galaxy Watch Ultra can be considered as $ 300+ smart watch as a “budget model”, but no one likes to behave as a second -tier customer because they have a “super -ancient 12 -month tool that was not the most expensive purchase choice”.

So, what will happen? Galaxy Watch 7 Get those features?

There is no reason. A scan through the spears of Galaxy Watch 7 And Galaxy Watch 8 The two share the same hardware and the same sensor.

    Samsung’s official spears

My guess is that an UI Watch 8… will come to the “Mass Market” units in the stipulated time, and will be proudly announced to support everything that Galaxy Watch 8 And see 8 classic support.

    But why silence?

    There are two potential answers:

    • Option 1 – Samsung wants Galaxy Watch 8 Series to feel more special and special during the marketing period
    • Option 2 – Samsung US estimates whether consumers will kick enough dust before deciding to eliminate new features

Outside the doors, I am not sure this option is 2. Yes, the Samsung Health app currently says “You need a Galaxy Watch 8 Or higher to use this feature, but this is a line of text that watches can change after their updates. Then, some companies have exemplified in the past. I’ll go into it for a while.

Option 1 – It doesn’t mean, though this is a bad move. We live in an era of tech where companies are creating the entire ecosystem and want users to buy more of their devices. From laptops, TVs, and desktops to phones, watches, buds and even smart.

You know what people really make, really decided to buy your product? Knowing that they will have proper help for a long time. And communication and peace of mind are part of this magical word.

Again, I believe that Galaxy Watch 7 Will get new features. (Come back freezing and leave a comment as to how wrong I was when the update arrives, and it Does not Keep them.) But leave users in the dark Galaxy Watch 8 Not just cool. Is it not better for people to get their Samsung products, even about the old things, to be hinded and passionate, so they will come back when it is time to upgrade?

In the era of “purchase of ecosystem”, it is not realistic that people will upgrade every year to every year. Smartphone one year, smart watch next, under the new laptop line – it runs like this.

Apple does it better, but it’s not wrong

Apple is huge on software support. New iPhones come with new iOS, Apple’s new watches come with new watches. As the product launches, you can expect refreshing on your old device.

Some features are disconnected and are special to new hardware. The difference is that it usually seems to know what you do Equivalent And what you Will not Get. Yes, this marketing is diminished behind the hype -speaking, but you can dig news announcements or Apple space pages to find out that your iPhone 13 will find this new camera feature (or, you can read the Fonnearina around the release dates, because we like to eliminate these questions for you))))))))))

But I would like to say that in the past Apple smells a bad smell. Related from Option 2 from above. When the Stage Manager Multi -Tasking feature was announced for the first time in 2021, it was said that it would be only for the iPad with M -Class chips.

Stage manager was coffee launch fiacoso (Image Credit – First)

The problem was that people bought many of the recently released iPad Pro 2020 models. They had Apple A12Z SOC, which was quite powerful, and the community essentially caused a lot of turmoil about snatching. It is not good to get a big new feature when you purchased $ 800- $ 1000+ tablets less than 12 months ago.

Suddenly, magically, it was found that A12Z could support the bionic stage manager. I think Apple just forgot about it.

So… it was just one side, it is hoped here that Samsung is not taking the same way Galaxy Watch 7 An UI Watch 8 update (they say three times faster, anyway).
