I thought that Breweel Bambino Plus had been abolished … even I reviewed it. I experienced the famous Bambino Plusback in April and immediately. He was obsessed with madness. In fact, I have been so obsessed that I have dug my de Longi since then and found Bambino Plus.
Breville is often considered to be a great one (if not Best) Home espresso machine maker. This brand builds a range of other machines: Brewl Barista Express, Breweel Barista Touch, Breweel Dual Boiler … You name it, the possibility of the machine. The Barista Express is the most affordable high -end brave option.
But what is common in all these machines? They are all suffering from the same disease such as Bambino Plus: Incomplete default shot volume. But don’t worry, I’m going to teach you exactly how to re -create your Brewl machine – in seconds – to get Complete Each time the espresso.

What is the problem?
Therefore, out of the box, the Breville Aspresso machines have been programmed to run a fixed amount of water for single and double shots. On the Bambino Plus, the single shot default volume is 30 ml, and the double shot default volume is 60 ml.
Breweel recommends 8-11 grams of dose and 16 grams -19g dose for a dual shot.
Ideally, you want your espresso at a 1: 2 ratio. Therefore, for each part of the coffee, you are pouring two parts of it through it. 5 grams of coffee, you need 10 ml of espress. Now, let’s do a little math (sarcastic ‘yes’.

If a single shot volume is 30 ml, I should do 15 grams of coffee. Then, if the double shot volume is 60 ml, I should dose … 30g coffee?
Hmmm It doesn’t look right.
If I am drinking 60 ml shot with only 16 grams coffee, this is not espresso. This is mainly a luggo for maximum. This will result in a light and bitter taste, and it will not taste very good in any lettuce or flat white.
Take a look at these two pictures to show what I mean. Both shots used the same beans, one grind, both dose 18 g.
The first photo is the default shot volume (which finished pulling 55.5 grams of espresso); Secondly, my custom shot is volume (which finished pulling 37.1 grams of espresso).

In my opinion, the second shot looks much better. Honey is a thick and fluffy of the color, and the body of the shot looks strong. In the second shot, the first shot was tasted more delicious with bitter, juice flavors without bitterness.
(After taking a sip, I gave the first shot to my boyfriend. He-in-spaso is low in I-Can-Taste-Grapefruit-nototes in a drinker, and more hot beans are easily drinking coffee drinking coffee, so it has no objection.
Personally, I will never drink the first shot of coffee. But I am choosing. If, like me, your craftsman wants a Barista Pro coffee, you will probably drink another shot too.
Well, how do I fix it?
Thankfully, it’s really easy! You just need to form your Breville Espesso machine to pull up Double A large amount of water you usually use. Do you go for a traditional 18 grams double shot dose? Then set your machine to pull 36 grams of water.
12 grams to go for single shot? Then food your machine to pull 24 grams of water.
There may be some efforts to make it perfect, and I would recommend getting one of the enough scales to know the exact quantity of coffee.
(When I say ‘shot button’, I mean a cup or two cups of icon to the front of the machine. If you are changing the single shot volume, press the single shot button. If you are changing the double shot volume, press the double shot button.)
Here is exactly how you do it on the Bambino Plus: Press the single and double shot buttons for 2 seconds and stopping, or until they flash.
Press the shot button to start the extraction. When your enough volume reaches, press the shot button again to prevent extraction.
On the Barista Express, you do exactly the same, but you press the ‘Program’ button instead of the shot buttons.
If you have a different brave machine, consult the user manual. Some fanish machines (such as Oracle Jet) have a dedicated ‘menu’ button for such settings.
I like this enough scale – Wakaku Xigram Pro – because it’s extremely cheap and reliable. (Image Credit: Tom Guide)
Of course, your personal tastes may not be for traditional espresso. The special beans you may be using your taste better (1: 1). You can easily regenerate the machine in your specific preference. There is no limit to how often you can change the volume.
Also, you can only do it in the old -fashioned manner and just press the shot button to stop extraction.
Once you like your shot food, how do you like, I am sure your espresso will be so delicious that your favorite will compete in the cafe under the road.
