New Apple Watch Software is coming, but if you are looking to check all the latest features and facilities coming to the Watchos 26 prematurely, the public bet is still available for download.
You will need to download and install iOS 26 public beta on your iPhone first to access the latest Apple Watch beta software. After that, you can install and run the Wachos 26 Public Beta on your synchronized device. It took me about 45 minutes in this process.
If you are one of the Apple Watch Series 6 or more new, Apple Watch SE (2022), or Apple Watch Ultra model, you are eligible to take 26 beta for spin.

In addition to the new personal kind of exercise coaching tools, indicator controls, and apps, Wachos 26 also introduces a new “liquid glass” aesthetic and a handful of AI -backed features.
I’ve been experimenting with the Wachos 26 beta on the Apple Watch Series 10 for almost a week, and my early comments are widely positive. In addition, these are the five new features I am most affected (not in a particular order).

Apple’s new wrist flak gestures allow you to quickly and easily to reject information and warnings by simply flickering the clock face down and backwards… and I’m already in love with it. In fact, I am somewhat surprised that Apple took more than 10 years to implement such a indicator on Apple Watch, as it looks so natural.
When you reject a notification through wrist Flick, a soft vibration confirms this action.
As the double tap indicator ended in 2023-in which you have pressed your index finger and thumb on your hand wearing your watch to put things into practice such as accepting the upcoming call-the click makes more smooth to communicate with Apple Watch.

Many people, including themselves, have been asking Apple to add a note app to the Wachos for a long time. Well, it’s here, and implementation is good but not very good.
First, positive: All your existing notes are automatically synchronized in the app to look easily. This means that if I make a list of grocery on my phone, go for a tissue, and stop at the grocery store on my way home, I can still see my need in just a few taps through the wrist.
Now bad: You can’t edit any of these notes, just see them. However, you can start a new note using small keyboards or audio dictatorship to fill it. This note will then be compatible with all your Apple devices.
Wachos 26 Hands On: Exercise friend
Exercise Buddy is Apple’s new personal exercise coach that is designed to help you get the most out of your workouts with training tips, analysis and encouragement. How to activate the workout in Watchos 26 is how to activate Buddy.
This feature uses Apple Intelligence to analyze your workout statistics and provide advice through both friendly sounds during and after your session. It is like your 50th run, and like your high speed, like other achievements.
It is worth noting that you will need the iPhone 15 Pro with the help of Apple Intelligence by making your Apple Watch with your Apple Watch. For now, it is only limited to the following activities: outdoor and indoor walk, outdoor and indoor runs, outdoor bike rides, traditional and active strength training, and HIIT.
Wachos 26 Hands On: Liquid Glass

This is mostly a design change than a new feature, but the liquid glass-which is inherited from the vision-brings semi-transparent, bubble-shaped vibes into 26 aesthetic. This change is far more subtle than the liquid glass move within iOS 26 (IMHO), and I am still indifferent to whether I am riding with it.
Although there is no change in the face and app look at the main clock, the liquid glass appears when you swipe in your notifications, check your smart stack or enter the control center. To make real glass feel, the icons in the liquid glass are featured white sketches and semi -transparent backgrounds.
Wachos 26 Hands On: Direct Message Translation
Last year, Apple Watch obtained the wrist language translation. Now, your Apple Watch can translate the texts in real time.
Like the exercise Buddy, you will need to have a latest iPhone with Apple Apple Intelligence to access direct message translations. But for those who regularly face obstacles to language, this can be a total game changer.
We say I am chatting with my Paul Michelle in France. A local English speaker and former US resident, now prefers to talk in French. With a direct message translation shutdown, Michelle can send me the text in the French language, and I will also get its original, unorganized message with the English version below it.
Not only is it a tremendous tool to connect with others, but its non -intended result can also be the result of helping consumers choose a foreign language.
Which Wachos are most enthusiastic for you to try 26 features? Tell me in the comments given below.
