Oriya’s ring was my favorite smart color because her app was easy to understand and I like some new features from her latest software update. According to the site, at a standing price of $ 299, it is made of smart color aerospace grade titanium-which is the strongest material in the ground. Before I got my over ring, I was sent a color size to find out the size of my color. Other smart circles did the same as every brand in size is different.

Once I got the color of the over, I downloaded the URA app (available for iOS and Android). The app interface shows you your latest sleep data, your preparation (or how you are recharged), heart rate, cycle insights if you show the level of menstruation and stress. There is also a timeline for this when you went to bed, woke up and had any physical activity in the last 24 hours. The Ura 100 uses the score to determine if you are under a variety where they see daily.

You can also see your color battery life based on the circle icon in the top right corner. The ring is easily recharged with your color holder that you can place on your night stand. Overall, you can expect to recharge this color every three days.

You have to wear the most accurate insights and recommendations from smart color, you are advised to wear for at least one month so that it can collect your habits data. Extracting from color, you need to sign up for URA membership, which costs $ 6 a month. As I mentioned, one of my goals was to improve my sleep or at least go on a sleep schedule that can work, even a child interrupts my comfort overnight. I prefer to wear smart color on the smart watch to track it because I barely feel it.

Auria’s ring has determined that my ideal sleeping window means to be in bed between 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm, the ring knew that I usually wake up around 6am, so it was intended to help me get an 8 -hour sleep. I did a reasonable task to follow color recommendations for at least months, but then I was in the process of moving and suffering from holidays, so I was experiencing additional stress. I could tell that I later felt more fatigue and less energy on the day I went to bed than the recommended time offered by the URA. That day I will also give me a low preparation score when it can tell that my sleep and stress levels have been affected.

Once I moved, I managed to return to my recommended sleep schedule. I never felt better than comfort. During a briefing with Auri, I was told that this brand never wants to feel guilty because of the good records of consumers not being well recorded or not sleeping enough. Instead, the brand wants to tell you what you can do to improve these factors. For example, if you are conscious that you are experiencing extra tension, it can tell you to make it easy for this day.

And an interesting feature of color that separates it from other wear is that it can detect the signs of the disease. So far, I have not been sick since the use of Ura, but other CNET staff has said that it can tell when they are in the season. Over recently launched a URA color 4, and at the same time, the software was updated to get more advanced functions using AI to detect more information about your habits.

Although I was personally not a fan of fitness recording options on any smart colors I had experienced, I did so with its latest update, when you are dynamic, URA can detect. For example, if you realize that you are working or running home, it will record the range from which it is assumed that you are doing this for this activity and will count it by your activity score. You can confirm it through the app or convert it to the correct form of activity. I think it’s a key to creating a better fitness tracking feature. If you are familiar with people capable of wearing your workout, you will know that it is sometimes easy to forget to target the record before exercise. I like that Auria’s ring recognizes that formal exercise is not the only activity that is counted as a movement and is also important for your daily behavior, such as cleaning your home or taking the dog to the tour.

With a new update, I can also see my cardiovascular age, which is estimated by your age. Apparently, my cardiovascular system is 8 years younger than my age, so it’s good to know that my healthy habits are working. If you really want to dial in your cardiovascular ability, you can take a walking test that offers URA. Ori can also tell you your circle on the basis of your natural circidine locks and decide whether you are in the morning or night. I am not surprised that this shows me as a morning person because I have always been in a hurry to get up.

Another important feature that I have to note is stress. Aurie can track your day -time stress levels and when you can be stressed, busy, relaxed or restored. These figures tell the URA that you need to focus more on your recovery based on your stress levels. I had several days (mainly dynamic day!) When Auria’s ring saw that I was under more pressure than usual.

Instead of fixing my health data on a feature overall, I appreciate the comprehensive outlook of the Over to look at my health data, as mostly wear. The ORA has a URA adviser who suggests personal advice based on your data to help improve your lifestyle. If you have menstruation and want to track your cycle, then it tracks this information. It also provides a periodic forecast window when you can expect your next term. This has been right for me so far – even though some of the remembered periods. If you are pregnant, it also provides insights for pregnancy.

If you have any iPhone, you can allow Oil to share data with Apple Health, Strava, Wild AI, Crohrome, nominee, zero, headspace, natural cycles, gestures and flu apps. This is another area where I think Aura has had the opportunity to increase her integration. It is known that new parents lose the most sleep and with all different Wi -Fi -driven baby monitors, it would be great to contact them to target the settlement. It can provide parents with their unique data and advice if the ORA can detect that their sleeping newborn has interrupted.

You don’t want to handle the ring as much. Since the outer is shiny, it is easy to scare or detect it. As I have already mentioned, I was not a fan of the fitness tracking aspect on any smart colors and it was a part of the reason. It would be good to cover it if someone lifts weight, cover it for a protective. When I worked, I had to take off the ring because I did not want to scratch the ring, besides, it was not comfortable to wear Dumbbal.

My second problem with fitness tracking is that the over is only able to detect cardio -based activities. If you are running, cycling or running in real time, you can log in, but with other forms of activity, you have to log in after reality. This defeats the purpose of being a fitness option, but I also acknowledge that this is not the basic basis of smart color.

Generally, if you want a review of your health data, Oriya does a great job of reading it easily reading it and follows the app. I realize that in $ 300 (plus $ 6 monthly membership), it is not worth wearing the cheapest, but depending on what insights you want about your health may be worth it.
