The heat continues, and we are experimenting with the heatwave after the heatwave, which has no breaks. I am struggling to stay cool this summer and I am hydrate in the burning sunshine, and my garden is also crying for some shade and heavy rain.
I am not alone in searching my garden in search of anything, but dry and unhealthy in the extreme heat, but it feels like an endless war. However, thankfully, some plants can handle the heat and put a beautiful display in the summer.
Here, Emily Lambert, Conservation Scientists and Wild Flower Company, co -founder of seedball, recommends five drought -free flowers that grow in the sun.

1.
.
Confidentials are not right. They have a large central seed head that spreads outward with dynamic pink or purple petals and will add a passionate web to your yard. Confidentials, also known as acneysia, are perennial flowers related to sunflower, flower Dawoodi and Ragwide.
“These are not just an invitation to the dynamic, local flower eyes – they are also tough and reliable Baramas, Lambert says.”
She also notes that it is easy for them to grow and love them through jirgas, which makes them able to add their environmental benefits as well as to join the garden for their aesthetic appeal.
And what’s the matter, when the heat increases, they are perfect, as in addition to bringing lasting color to any garden, Lamberts added that they are about to avoid drought.
2. Oxy Dizzy

Oxy Dizzy may not be the first choice of planting in your yard, as Lambert says he is “often seen on the roadside.”
However, do not allow you to stop, as it has many benefits. He added, “Oxy Gul Dawoodi is a mess -free flower that flourishes over neglect.”
“It handles poor soil well and requires very little water once it is settled.”
It’s like a flower like me – a sample that does not need much water and survives in dry soil, which meets the conditions of my backyard.
Moreover, they do not just flourish in bad conditions, they will bring the flies and spread. Lambert explains, “These cheerful self -cedar returns annually and spread with ease, bringing them a happy shelter for rustic heartbreak and jirgas.”
However, they should be warned, as they can be invasive.
3. Medo cranusable

Meadow cranasable is a rush peano that has an abundance of saucers -shaped blue flowers. Each flower has five petals, which are pale towards the center. The sign of flowers, like the bill, is manufactured in the beans of seeds, which gives the plant its common name, though it is previously called Jiranium Pretenance.
“With one place in the rich violet Blooms and the Jiranium Family, it supports the jirgas, while the beds and borders add appreciation and attention,” says Lambert.
And he added, “Although young plants may need a little more water to start, but the meadow cranial is a great choice once for dry, well -prepared soil.”

One of the favorite flowers of Lambert in a warm environment is one and the smoke is one more. She says, “With the appeal of soft pink flowers and the classic cottage garden, the musk is both beautiful and hard.”
The muscular malu grows throughout the sun, but if a partial shade and can handle poor soil, it will shield, though it will do the best in well -manufactured soil.
And this is a summer -flowing plant in which I am going to include in my essential list, as it describes it as low care and drought. But, you will need to keep the soil moist after planting, as it will only tolerate dry soil once it is established.
If you wear a muscle, you can expect you to meet your garden in plenty of flies and butterflies, Lambert added, “His old -fashioned look and wildlife friend nature makes him a favorite of the garden.”
5. Cornflower

In addition to adding colors to your garden, Cornflower makes an excellent cutting flower if you prefer ‘cottage’ look.
And he is also known as the Bachelor’s button, citing a time when young people wear them in their button holes during court, or declare their availability. It looks more romantic than today’s online dating!
“These spectacles include the open face, the front of the open face, the frontal petals and the curly stemmers,” says Lamberts.
Flowers take shapes like a thriller and usually have a blue color, but they can also be found in purple, pink, red and white, and they become about 36 36 inches long.
“Bees and other beneficial pests,” says Lamberts.
They are also the ideal choice for adding colors and textures to the dry garden.
