As the sun starts to shine, we are all telling each other how beautiful the weather is and what we have a summary plan. And then, very quickly, we start complaining because it has suddenly happened Lot Hot, especially inside our homes.

The night is serious to sleep at night and the heat makes everyday tasks very difficult – even when you follow the ‘cave man method’ all day. If, like me, you are looking for a intense solution to cool your home, you may find the technique of using aluminum foil to beat the heat.

A simple household item that is used to wrap the leftover equipment or line your baking sheets can actually act as an incredibly easy way to reflect the light away from your home. By simply applying your windows, you can prevent sunlight from passing through your glass windows and heat your home. Although it seems very easy, there are 3 common errors you are doing.

    You can like

    1. To cover the inside of your window, not out

It is easy to assume that you should linted your windows from the inside because you are providing coverage, okay? The wrong is, the foil will feel as if it is keeping the light out because you won’t see it, but you are still allowing the sun to warm your original windows.

By doing so, you are not preventing the heat from coming in, it is just behind the foil. Therefore, it will not reflect it because you are not covering the original windows. You should go out and keep it there. This is not the most attractive design for your home, but you don’t care when you are sitting inside a beautiful and cold house.

    2. Using a thin foil

Although it is a temptation to reach your daily foil because you have already found in your home, it may not be the right choice. The thin foil is not so durable and will not reflect the heat until the heavy duty roll. So, in the long run, if you have to make sure that your home is cool, you have to go through a more thin foil.

Remember, too, if you are tapping the foil outside your windows, you have to be out in the heat of the place. Heavy duty foil will last longer and will work better. In addition, it will also prevent your window pans from being cracked.

    3. Do not add safety layer

Although this is not an essential step to put aluminum foil on your windows, it is a beneficial if you have got the time. As mentioned above, when using the foil to reflect the heat, sometimes it can enter the window pines around it, which causes them to crack.

Before tapping the aluminum foil, you can help prevent it by adding cardboard protective layer around your windows. So, instead of throwing your cardboard into the trash, use it again!

It will absorb any heat that makes it from your foil and ensures that your windows are cool. Hot foil can also surpass a remnant, but if the cardboard is found under you, it will leave it there instead of your windows.
