The CD Project Red has delayed the next update for cyberpank 2077 indefinitely and said it needs more time to ensure “happy”. Update 2.3, which was announced earlier this month when the RPG was launched on Nintendo Switch 2, it had to start on June 26. CD Project Red has not shared details about the patch contents, but in its latest update, the Studio said it would be the same as the previous update 2.2, which would include character customs, photo mode features.
Cyberpank 2077 update 2.3 delay
The developer confirmed the delay in a post on Monday, but did not share the new release date for update.
The developer said, “We initially expected to update 2.3 in your hands on June 26. However, we will need some time to ensure that we are happy with it – we are planning a similar scope to the update 2.2. We will update you as soon as possible!” , The developer said.
The CD Project Red did not share details about the update at the announcement earlier this month, but now it seems that the update will be 2.3 on a large scale.
The cyberpank 2077 update was released in PC and consoles on December 2.2, 2024. The update includes new options for player Character V and sports in the game. It also included an over -Hold photo mode and new conversation with Johnny Silver Hand.
On June 5, the Nintendo Switch 2 of the Cyberpank 2077 was announced at the Red Streams Live Stream for the launch. Powell Sisko, Associate Game Director of CD Project Red, said he was personally working on the update.
