    • Google has resumed the design test for its wear OS apps to express the material 3.
    • The latest Gmail app to wear has begun rolling for some users, making some changes to the interface.

The Matrical 3 Expressive re -design is directly for some users in the Gmail app version 2025.05.19.760532898, but it is not yet widely available. It brings changes to some UI elements, which include the latest buttons and card backgrounds that potentially follow the new dynamic taming system of wear OS 6. As shown in the following screenshots, “marked as a sign,” “answer,” and “Open” buttons on the phone have been reset and now it includes new background colors.

The “united” button has a bright background instead of a slow gray, and this change also applies to archives, deletion and star buttons. Although the “Answer” button is still gray, it is a bit bigger. The “Open” button on the phone is now green and it has a new arc shape that gets hugged under the display – an impression change for Google’s content 3’s 3 wear OS.

Google has also updated the background of the buttons and cards in other parts of the app and made the UI elements slightly larger, but these changes are very funny. The company can improve more before Gmail’s new design is widely available, and as soon as we have more details we will update this post.
