A month ago, I made a major change in the world of my cellphone. 10 years after Tea Mobile Customer, I jumped and joined the audience. I am not fully convinced what to expect with such a dramatic transfer, I am still very happy with the visible. The signup process was easy, my service has been great, and I’m really happy with the price I am paying.

At the same time, things were over, a hiccup that I didn’t expect. This is far from a deal breaker, but this is something I didn’t realize as long as he was visible after his first month – and I wish someone had told me about it soon.

Have any plans with HD video? You are probably not using it

    Joe Mark / Android Authority

There are three visual projects that you can choose from: visible, visible plus, and visible plus pro. The last two projects are the most Premium options for the visuals, which feature high -speed 5G speed, improve hotspot performance, and more wide international coverage. The plan you choose also ordered that the kind of video streaming you can order on the visual network.

If you sign up for the basic visible project, the video streaming is just closed at 480p SD. However, if you have a visible plus or visible plus pro, the quality of video streaming increases to 1080p HD or 4K UHD, respectively. Simplify enough, okay? You will think so, but that’s not that.

One day, digging through the visible app, near the end of my first month’s service, I stumbled with something interesting. On Account Under the page Take advantage of the maximum of visible Section, you can swipe to see your different benefits, such as any global pass you have and your Smart Watch service. There is an option at the end of the list HD video.

I assumed that this would be just an informational page about the 4K UHD Max Streaming Quality that comes with my visible plus pro plan, but look, it was more – in particular, saying that an option to enable streaming quality.

As default, this feature is not active as default in visible projects with HD/UHD video streaming quality. Instead, you have to manually enable yourself… In a sub -menu buried deep in the visible app… about which the company never tells you.

I wish the audience made me aware of it.

I started digging online to see if I had mistakenly stopped it while setting my account, but that didn’t happen. As it turns out, some users in the R/Visit Subreddit have also reported the need to enable HD streaming for their accounts.

It seems that some recently visible things (within the last six months or more), and so thankful that I had to find this Redt Thread, I wish I had made me aware of it. One of the main reasons I selecting the Observe Plus Pro Plan is for its 4K UHD video streaming, and without it is to spend a month without it because I have never tapped the toggle that I have never been told about it is just stupid.

If you are a visible customer, do you know about HD video setting?

A stupid, unnecessary hop to jump

In defense of the visual, this is not the first career or MVNO that has drawn something like this. T -Mobile had a similar order for my old One Plus plan, and Verizon and AT&T do the same. It is disturbing and unnecessary, but from a career perspective, that’s why they do it. They are still providing you with high quality video for which you have signed up. They are not just turning it on for you, and they are banning the fact that you will forget to do it or do not know how – thus saving them network resources and money.

I think I should not be surprised that the visitor does the same (then it is owned by Verizon), but it appears that it is contradictory to a friendly approach to everything else. I will expect any such troubled hoop from any of the big careers, but I think something is better. But hey, maybe its owner, Verizon, is banking. If so, you got me.

Going a month without the quality of the best video streaming, ultimately just a small collision on the road, and once I realized what I had to do, it took five seconds to activate my project’s HD video capabilities. No harm, no dirt.

Still, I would like to know about it soon. If you are thinking of joining the visual or signing up recently, at least I can give you my head I wish I could be achieved.

The purpose of facilitating and reducing mobile contact costs, is a simple carrier through Verizon, which offers a limited project, no hidden fee, and the Verizon network.
