I think it is safe to say that Samsung’s good lock is the most powerful customized toolkit for those in the Android ecosystem that wants more control over one of their UI devices. Good lock modules unlock the lock screen, adapt to the themes, and increase the routine more than their initial abilities. From the very early days it has grown so much that I couldn’t imagine using a Samsung phone without it.
However, there are still many areas where good lock is short. The existing modules leave these elements untouchable and change, but it should not be. These are the five custom blind spots that I want to address Samsung with good lock or directly through an UI in the future.

Facial and size of custom font

When it comes to the elements, you can compromise on a UI, very few items are out of reach. Through the Quick Star, I can choose colors for my sharp settings, such as lime green text on the black background. Home -up allows me to edit the appearance of my lock screen and create productive home screens, and the keys cafes can turn my keyboard into a Christmas tree (if I use the Samsung keyboard). But one aspect that is completely untouched is system fonts. Certainly, apps use their specific fonts, and offer Samsung selection and downloads off offering close to a dozen typefaces, but the custom ends there.
I cannot install or use a font allowed by Samsung, including the font that should work on the Android system. No good lock modules offer adjustments for fonts throughout the system. I want to comply with individual faces and font sizes, whether in the category of settings or notifications.
Notifications

Speaking of information, home -up works to convert an UI home screen into a full carnival, but it does not give me enough control of how the notifications appear on my device. On an UI 7, I can adjust the background and preview colors for notifications and quick settings colors, but these changes are superficial. I want the option to adjust the size of the notification box, the corner, the app, and the notification time space. As an UI 7 stands, it uses a lot of empty space per notification – fine adjustment allows me to fit more in this place.
In addition, the home up forces me to change the blanket font color, but I want more specific abilities to edit my notification details. Offering specific color notification boxes or icons related to the app from the custom icon pack would be a welcome option.
Now bar customization

Now it is useful to be able to adjust the bar transparency, space determination, text color, and background saturation, making information more capable and accessible. These options will benefit people who use the feature to monitor the media. This will be especially useful to me because I currently use the bar to see the game tracks on my lock screen while working. Being able to force the big album artwave or choose which song statistics now allow me to keep my phone off while it enhances enjoying my content.
The wider device’s performance control

Finally, I want to touch the potential of good lock for phone performance parameters. Although good guardians allowed more control over device hardware, including adjusting the doorstep of CPU throthing temperature, I think there may be more control. In this vein, I would welcome a good lock module to control different hardware limits. Yes, I know the potential responsibility of such a module, but a simple withdrawal splash screen can easily solve it.
What control do I look for? For one, without enabled any battery restriction, I want to limit the maximum watch speed of my Galaxy S24 FE, whether nominal price or percentage of performance (such as Windows handles it). In addition, the options to use it with the frame rate options, which allow me to choose the lowest potential CPU performance price to make 120Hz possible, will improve battery life without visual sincere sacrifice. The third -party app Galaxy Max HZ can meet it, but now it doesn’t work on my device.
Good lock and many of its modules are simple, but it still has considerable potential. From aesthetic adaptation to hardware adjustment, Samsung provides more control to users, which will only improve the Galaxy smartphone experience. The question is, will Samsung be ready and able to include these modules in the future?
