Google works is developing new features of Gemini AI for users, making it easier to find and react to information in the PDF. The Gemini -powered file in the Google Drive has now expanded the PDF and Google Forms, which can convert key details and insight into a more convenient form that protects users from digging through files.
Gemini will actively produce a summary card when users will open the PDF in their drive and submit a step -based click -based steps, such as “draft a sample proposal” or “list interview questions based on this experience list.” Customers can select any of these options so that Gemini can perform the required tasks in the drive side panel. This feature is available in more than 20 languages and on June 12, Google Workspace users began to roll, though it may take a few weeks to come.
A similar gymnastic feature for Google farms will summarize the answers to short answers or paragraph questions, which will cite the form title, detail, questions and answers to highlight key topics and techways. When the questions receive more than three reactions, the option will appear in the reaction tab. The feature is only launching “at this time” in English. The general availability for workspace users will begin rolling on June 26.
Google Forms also have a new feature of Gemini that automatically creates user -based form. Workpace users can refer to auxiliary documents, sheets, slides, or PDFs to add these details to Gemini. For example, a carpentry company can import its product catalog into this feature to prepare a quote estimate for sending users.
This feature is available in English and will start rolling in regular workplace domains on July 7.
