    • Zariel’s Android XR glasses will come with a picked processing device.
    • An undesirable Qualcomm Snapdragon chip will be presented in this puck.
    • The company will be the largest screen ever.

There are many things about Google, Apple, and Meta, which are working on all AR glasses, but they are not the only players in the game. Zaril is currently working on his own couple on AR glasses, known as the Project Aura. In addition to the fact that they will run on Android XR, it is not yet known about this device. However, Zaril shared some new details this week.

The Zarial team presented the Agadmid World Expo 2025 on Tuesday. As reported GizmudoThe company did not release a new photo or presented any demo, but it shows that your phone will not be able to process the demands of Iva. Instead of using a phone as a computing device, Aura will use a separate, teacher, picker device for its computational needs.

This picker device, which is small enough to fit in your pocket, will have an uncontrollable Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. It is unclear whether Zaril plans to use the same SOC that is heading to Samsung’s Project Mohan – Snapdragon XR 2 Plus General 2. It has also been said that this puck will be separated, if you want to store glasses and puck separately.

Although the Snapdragon processor will strengthen the puck, the glass will have his own chip. It is said that this processor X1 is a modified version of the X1 chip found in a glass, called the X1S. It was also confirmed that glasses would have front tinging sensors, which would be like Meta Quest 3.

Zariel also recently updated his website to include that Aura will have a 70 degree of Field of View (FOV). The website claims that the company will be the largest screen to date. To meet this, the team is using a “flat prism lens” which features a trilateral shaped pan. Although this glass pan is 40 % smaller than glasses in its old devices, it enables a wider FOV on the horizontal axis.

In view of the demand for heavy processing, it would not be surprising that if Aura becomes a hungry device with a beautiful power. Unfortunately, when asked about battery life, Zaril did not provide any details. It seems that the company has also raised questions about the price and release date.
