As expected, Google releases Android 16’s first stable release for its pixel lineup. The update is now available for Pixel 6 series and new phones as well as the Pixel Tablet. Android 16 is available as an OTA update for the following devices.

Android 16’s biggest changes are not part of this first stable release. We’re talking about content 3 expressions and new desktop mode, which will arrive later.
