It is expected that its next foldable phone, the magic V5, will launch later this month, and the new leak shows that it can take a new color option that may provide some attention. According to a tipter on Webo, the device is rumored to come in four colors: velvet black, snoob white, tondra green, and the end of the new silk gold.

The first three colors match the last year’s magic V3, but the increase of gold can be a new move through honor to offer the device more premiums. Although not only the color will determine the success of the phone, it can help with a product in a competitive market, especially when more brands begin offering similar foldable design.

    Expected design and features

Honor Magic V5 has been rumored to leave the “V4” name and jump directly to the V5. According to preliminary reports, the device may still be one of a thin foldable, which has a thickness of less than 9 mm. If correct, this will make it slightly thinner than the latest Oppo Find N5, which measures 8.93 mm when combining. Magic V3 has already offered a 5150mAh battery with 66W fast charging and solid wireless charging support, so this year’s model can improve it, which can improve without sacrifice.

    Competition with Samsung’s next foldable

The time for the Magic V5 release is against the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, which is expected to be revealed in July. Samsung’s next foldable is rumored to bring about changes and upgraded internals, but so far, there is no major leakage that indicates significant changes in the courageous or appearance of new colors.

Silk gold color on the magic V5 can give the visual edge, even if only the initial impression. Although Samsung is leading the global foldable market, Honor is quietly acquiring land, especially in the ultra -thin class.

Whether the magic V5 can compete with performance, it remains to be seen, but a thin design, large battery, and fresh style suggest that the purpose of honor is to advance its foldable series in both form and function. We will be looking closely as soon as the government launch is approaching.
