The WWDC is around the corner of 2025 tomorrow (June 9), and rumors so far shows that this will be an interesting event. The event, where Apple has unveiled its latest software developments, will also show some hardware products. Here is a rumor round up to speed you up with your expectation.

    Software updates

A last -minute report revealed that Apple would likely change its operating system name scheme. So instead of iOS 19 and iPados 19, the company is launching iOS 26 and iPados 26 to improve them with the current year. Since the next generation’s iOS and iPado usually come at the end of the year, we are watching instead of 26 instead of 25.

    Potential iOS 26 designs

In addition to the name change, it is expected that the iOS will come up with a re -design tomorrow, probably the biggest change since the iOS7. The new shape is affected by the Apple Vision Pro interface that has round app icons, parbasie menus, glass floating buttons, tablets below the tablet -shaped navigation bars, and more permanent cross platform design. Expect more POP popout menos, with new shapes, lock and latest widgets on home screens.

Changes of younger are also expected. For example, AI will be taken advantage of to improve battery management. The shortcut app will also be strengthened by AI.

Meanwhile, the iPad has been indicated to gain new features of multi -tasking to make the iPad more like. And Apple Pencil is finding a standstone calligraphy pen.

In the future, Micros, named Taho, will find the latest form to match the iOS 26 design language. It will also integrate a new gaming app and a better air pods feature.

Wachos and TVOS will find a new format to align with the new design language, as well as like Macos, they will probably get direct translation of air pods, and Apple TV will come with a new gaming app.

As far as vision is concerned, it is rumored that documents and third -party controllers get a new eye -driven feature for magic wand support.

Apple will increase AI -based translations to all Apple products and add direct translation for phone calls and text messages. System apps and features are also expected to increase AI and deep integration.

    Hardware update

On the hardware front, Apple is expected to showcase a newly designed Mac Pro, which will be the first re -design after the company starts using its chips. Finally, the cheese Greater Design is getting away!

The home pod is getting a display, making it easier to control home cut devices. It will also present a deep integration with Siri, Apple TV and support numerous AI -powered features for domestic automation.

Air tags are also getting a refreshment, but the definition of hardware is still a matter.

Although it is unlikely that we see new air pods, Apple is rumored to introduce new features such as head indicators to overcome calls and messages, when sleeping music, camera control trigger, “Studio Quality” microphone mode and combined air pods. Last but at least, reports show that Apple is implementing a direct translation feature.
