The Project Mohan, which is coming from the Android XR -based headset Samsung, has been dropped from December last year when the headset has made its recent hearing during Google I/O 2025 in mid -May.
But for all headset public exhibitions, Samsung has not shared a lot of details about Mohan. A new leak recently popped from Abhishek Yadav on X (by Android Central), which plans to show some hardware species.
Yadav publishes a Gack Bench Test screenshot for the Headset’s alleged model number, “SM-I610” labeled,

Based on this screenshot, Mohan is running through the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Plus General 2 processor, Snapdragon Chip made for XR. The chip set includes an adreno 740 GPU that is better than the gaming and 3D environment, which has high refresh rate.
The XR2 contains six cores, which are rotating at a speed of 2.36GHz. This is a similar setup found in some of the best Android phones. The headset posted a single and multi -core score 990 and 2,453 on the Gack Bench, which measures the performance of the CPU.
From there it looks like the device is running Android 14, however Google Android XR is making Android -based OS, especially for headset and smart glasses that have the next Zryl Project Aura. Therefore, it is unclear whether it is an old construction or if the XR is built on Android 14 and is not Android 15 or Android 16.
The Gack Bench listing also shows that the test device includes 16 GB Ram.
No specifications but some standard time

Samsung refused to distribute any species during Google I/O last month, my colleague Philip Michaels received some time with the project Mohan.
He said he likes to wear a headset: “It didn’t feel particularly heavy during my demo – I was definitely not waiting to remove it, because I am mostly time when trying on the headset.”
We still have questions about the headset and prices, but the sounds of wearing and using Samsung’s headset will sound like it will be a well -designed experience.
As Michaels noted, “I was surprised to find out how much Google apps on Android XR have been improved for virtual space. This is an experience that is eventually determining how people react to Samsung’s upcoming headset.
Samsung has announced that Android XR Headset should arrive before the end of 2025, but a certain date has not been revealed.
