The Android version of the YouTube app has appeared on the Android version that has disappeared the bottom bar.
It was recently discovered (through Android Police) that a new bug has completely removed the navigation bar from the YouTube app for both regular and YouTube premium users. Thus, the affected devices cannot access subscriptions, shorts, libraries or profile buttons to navigate fast. Not only that, it appears that the notification button is also missing in the upper part of the screen.

Although losing access to shorts and libraries is certainly disturbing, you can still find most content on the homepage. But losing the ability to navigate to your profile is a major problem, because it means playlists, date or not access to hidden mode. It is also the only way to replace accounts quickly, that is, it is very difficult to get some proposed reforms that suggest changing the account.

YouTube is aware of this problem, with its support page it is detailed that the company is working on a solution and will be updated as soon as possible. For this time, it appears that the majority of the affected users are in the United States, but numerous comments on the support page show that consumers in other countries are seeing scattered issues. We tested the Tom Guide devices and the UK equipment is still available to the Navigation Bar.
Sadly, this problem reminds us that the biggest problem with YouTube as a service – this is not a real alternative. Although you can use some excellent streaming services such as Netflix or Disney+, they do not offer the same type of content or content. On the Plus side, the iOS version of desktop, smart TV and YouTube app still as they should.
We will continue to update you with any news as we hear, including YouTube when a fix is announced. In the meantime, please tell us whether you were affected by the bug and what solutions you have found.
