    Whether these scams are text messages, fake advertising, unprecedented social media messages, or just simple old fishing emails, the methods used to prevent their goals by cybercriminals are becoming more sophisticated and reliable.

    This is the result of a report released by Google on Wednesday, before the summit of its Safety Engineering Center’s opening scams. The study pointed to the recent Federal Trade Commission data, which states that the fraud losses increased by 25 % to $ 12.5 billion last year.
