Google I/O 2025 is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, and the company is expected to announce several new features in its annual developer conference. Technology enthusiasts and developers are looking forward to learning about the new features coming up with Android 16 updates this year, as well as new features that are powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Google and Samsung can give us another look at the latter’s expanded reality (XR) headset, which will be expected later this year.

Google I/O 2025: What to expect from Google’s upcoming program

Last week, we found well on several new features and updates in the Android 16 User Interface (UI) via the “Android Show” live stream. It is expected that these new features will be exposed to consumers with Android 16 later this year. Beyond this route, the company is expected to focus on the updates to its AI, Cloud and XR services in the next event.

Google can announce new features in its Gemini Ai Chat Boat on Tuesday. The company has recently added support for new features, including the ability to identify a smartphone camera on various items, or share the ability to share with its screen chat boot to receive answers. The company can also wrap more powerful or efficient AI models in Google I/O.

Last year, Google showed an advanced AI assistant, which it called the project Australia. Although some of these features, such as using a smartphone camera, have made its way to Gemini AI, the company can unveil more projects of the project’s Austra at its upcoming developer conference.

We can also see tough AI integration with company products, including Google Search. AI review and recently introduced AI mode is already accessible to users, so it would be interesting to see that the company plans to upgrade its search experience for web search and mobile app users.

A recent report of information shows that the image search focus app in Google is also in development, and that the company can unveil it in the next Google I/O event. The app is said to be similar to the Pennastrist, which allows users to easily access and support the Lion Online Online online.

Samsung’s Next Jin XR Headset (Dubbed Project Mohan) had previously unveiled the company with some details of its working method, and we could expect to see more about the device and Google’s new operating system on which it is running-Android XR. Google recently demonstrated a new pair of smart glasses that resemble a pair of spectators, and we could also learn more about the wearers on Tuesday.

It is worth noting that Google can also showcase the additional features and functionality of Android 16, OS6, and Android TV 16 in this program – especially if they work with unannounced AI features. Similarly, we can expect more information about Google apps such as Chrome, Gmail, Google Maps, and other apps that can gain additional functionality with the integration of new AI features.
