The Vivo X300 series is now official. It contains a compact design with twenty X300, and X300 Pro. Both smartphones are powered by the recently announced Meditik Demand 9500 SC and offer several upgrades to their predecessors.
Vivo X300 Pro
Starting with the flagship, Vivo X300 Pro gets upgrade Zees Triple Rear Camera Setup. It offers a 50MP Sony Lyt-828 Main 1/1.28-inch sensor with F/1.57 aperture and gymable Ois. The phone also gets 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra -wide unit for its telephoto requirements, and a new 200MP 1/1.4 -inch Samsung HPB sensor. On the front, Vivo has added another 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor for selfies and video calls.
The phone midwriting dimensions run through 9500 SOC, which is paired with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, up to 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB storage. It packs 6,510 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
It plays a 6.78 -inch LTPO display that offers 120Hz refresh rate and 1260 x 2800 pixels resolution. The display supports HDR10+, dolby vision, and includes ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
VIVO X300 Pro weighs 226 grams, 7.99 mm thick, and offers IP68/IP69 rating. It is available in black, brown, blue and white color options.
Other speggles include dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2 general 1 port, and Wi-Fi 6. It operates on Android 16 -based Organos 6.

Rising towards the smaller X300, the phone also operates through the Medetic Demand 9500 SOC, which is combined with 16GB of RAM and 512GB storage. This year, the base model gets more compact body.
It comes with a 6.31 -inch 8T LTPO panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 1216 x 2640 pixels resolution. You also get an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The phone packs a small 6,040 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
VIVO X300 has a 200MP primary rear camera (Samsung HPB sensor) with 1/4 inch sensor size and F/1.68 aperture. It also receives 50MP 1/1.95-inch Sony Lyt-602 APO telephoto camera and 50MP Samsung JN1 Ultra Wide camera. JN1 sensors are also used on the front for selfies.
Due to the small size, the X300 weighs 190 grams and it is 7.95 mm thin. It offers an IP68/IP69 rating and is available in black, blue, pink and purple color options. This phone also comes with Android 16 -based Organos 6. Other sugars include Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, Dual Band Wi -Fi 6, and dual stereo speakers.
Vivo X300 Pro costs 12GB/512GB for 12GB/256GB for Various Type and CNY 5,999 ($ 845) for CNY 5,299 ($ 745). Meanwhile, 16 GB/1 TB model will cost CNY 6,699 ($ 945).
On the other hand, the base X300 starts at CNY 4,399 ($ 620) for the 12GB/256GB option. The price of 16GB/256GB model is CNY 4,699 (60 660), 12GB/512 GB different condition CNY 4,999 ($ 700), 16GB/512 GB CNY 5,299 ($ 745), and the 16GB/1TB option is CNY 5,99 ($ 845).
