Demanding to be more than Pixel 10, which seems greedy.
Google’s non -pro -pixel costs $ 799, which is significantly lower than 99999 Pixel 10 Pro. It comes with some simple upgrades, as Q2 charges with built -in magnets. Its AI features eventually show promise. This includes a dedicated telephoto lens for the first time. It is a suitable flagship and easy Android phone everywhere. But if I am greedy then I have a request: better camera.
The previous cameras on Pixel 10 are fine. For someone who is not playing about the image quality, they will be better than fine. And I might think they are fine too, if I was not cursed with the knowledge that cameras are better on last year’s model. And the reason is that by this year, non -pro -Pixel came with the same important and ultra -wide camera hardware as Pro. But we do not have everything, and when Google told the telephonic lens this year, it has done the other two rear cameras in Midrej Pixel 9A. So Pixel 10 has a fine camera system, unless you are greedy.

Nice
- Charge Q 2 wireless with magnets is great
- Ai in fact, finally a kind of useful
- Tele photo camera is a good addition
Bad
- Man and Ultra Wide Camera are not so good like Pro
- Battery life is fine
Out of the camera situation, the Pixel 10 comes with a large upgrade like Pro phones this year: a new chip and some magnets. Tancer G5 is a new processor of the 10 series, which I have found to run Ted Cooler than the previous version. G5 is Google’s first custom chip set made by TSMC, and it well handles the heavy load of work. Regular 10 10 Pro comes with 12GB of RAM against 16 GB, and I felt a little hesitation on dense web pages compared to Pro. But for nonProfessional The phone user, it fixes most of the tasks.
Google Pixel 10 specifications
- Tenser G5 chip set with 12 GB RAM | 128GB or 256GB storage
- 6.3 inch 1080p 60-120Hz OLED
- 48 megapixel F/1.7 Main Camera | 13 megapixel Ultra Wide | 10.8-megapixel 5x telephoto | 10.5 megapixel selfie camera
- 4,970mAh lithium -ion battery
- Charging up to Q2 wireless 15W; 55 % charge in 30 minutes with a wired 30W charger
- Ip68 resistant to dust and water
Running on a new chip-you can read more in my Pixel 10 Pro Review-and I suspect it helps Pixel 10’s only OK battery life. A whole day of moderate use is not a problem, but if you add some deep activities such as an extended hotspot or gaming session, you may start searching for a charger at the end of the afternoon. The average person may not be bothered, but the power user will want a charger or power bank handy to avoid battery troubles at the end of the day.
AI is still hit or missed, but successes are improving.
AI is still hit or missed, but successes are improving. The Pixel 10 Generative AI-Assisted Camera does not offer zoom feature that is with Pro and Pro XL, but you get magic cue, which receives helpful information based on your tasks. And it actually works. It’s just a handful of Google apps right now, but it can help putting something on your calendar because you have hospitals in messages or suggest a destination when you open Google Maps based on something stored in your screenshots. I had something else wrong by testing it on Pixel 10 compared to 10 Pro. There were times when he suggested information that was not relevant or he offered to build a calendar event when I told my friend that I would “stay there in 30.” I still didn’t feel much useful than that, and it is so easy to ignore when its suggestions are marked.
Pixel 10 has a Qi 2 with a built -in magnet, and it’s a pleasure. There is no case needed (unlike the Samsung S25 Series phone), and I enjoyed calling the phone to the beds of the bed at the end of every day. Basically with the addition of megasaf, the Pixel Series looks like a beautiful complete alternative to the iOS ecosystem these days. Every night, when I put my phone on the charger, stimulate the bedtime mode, my pixel watch also followed it and changed the changed methods. This is not a new feature, but such small moments are involved throughout the day.
I spent a week with Pixel 10 Pro before switching to regular 10, and the cheap model does not feel radically different. The standard 10 10 Pro comes with a 1280p display, 120 HHz with a refresh rate with a 6.3 -inch 1080p screen. Its 3,000 nuts peak brightness is sufficient to keep the phones useful on the day of the sun, and 1080p has a considerable extent for the size of the size. The screen seems to be the highest risk of falling from the upper 120Hz refresh rate, which is okay but rotate a little while you are scrolling the NYT Games app and suddenly looking at 60 hits.
When using the phone in a bright light, I also saw some rotation – dark around the edges of the screen, as you could see in a picture. It turned out to be a famous problem, which has been solved by converting into a “natural” display color profile. Overall, this is an excellent display but you definitely get more by spending more on the pro.
10 Pro: On the topic of getting more information with the camera. Pixel 10’s 48 megapixel F/1.7 Main Camera 10 Pro does not look so different from the 50 megapixel F/1.7 camera until you reach the sensor size. Regular 10 is used in 1/2.0 -inch type sensor, which has a 1/1.31 -inch type sensor size in the pro models. A large sensor will produce cleaner images with a better dynamic range, and this is a difference I felt, especially in portrait mode. Especially if the light is low, your article is moving forward, and if you are using the 2X zoom option, the regular portrait format on regular 10 is not as good as it is. More noise in the pictures, the fine detail like the hair, and the isolation of the articles is not so precise.
A portrait mode image in which the subject is moving towards the camera at a speeding scenario is as hard as you can throw on the phone camera, so it is not surprising that Pixel 10 cannot handle it well. But this is a method that results in a significant performance of a small camera sensor. Outside the portrait, Pixel takes 10 good photos. Ultrawide – A small sensor compared to the profession. The 5x telephoto lens is easy and is definitely an upgrade using a 5x digital zoom. The telephoto lens and a killer Main Camera may be too much to ask for a $ 799 phone, but I will continue to wish both anyway.
Last year, Pixel 9 felt like a phone that had long needed Android: something beautiful, easy and durable. Pixel 10 takes the same model and mostly improves it, which includes Q2 and telephoto lenses. The price remained the same, which is nothing to sneak when the prices of everything keep rising.
Losing a high -end camera may not be a Dell breaker for most people, but if you know what you are missing, it is a bit difficult to swallow. Most people who buy this phone will not be burdened with this knowledge, and I think Pixel 10 will make this group completely happy.
