Elon Musk says his artificial intelligence company Zee will “take immediate action” against Apple, which allegedly manipulates rival AIPs in his app store rating. In a series of X -Posts on Monday night, Musk suggested that Apple X or Ze’s Grook chat boot is “playing politics”, not on the list of the app -store -recommended iOS apps, and he had no choice but to file a lawsuit.
“Apple is behaving in a manner that makes it impossible for any AI company to reach #1 in the app store other than Openi, which is a clear violation of distrust,” Musk said. ZK CEO asked Apple in another post, “When you have a #1 news app in the world and Grook has all apps #5, why do you refuse to put the X or Grok in your ‘mandatory’ section?”
Musk did not provide any evidence of his claims, and it is unclear whether he has improved his threats and filed a lawsuit so far. Stuffy Zee, Apple, and Open have reached the comment.
At the time of writing, Chat GPT is listed as Apple’s top -free iPhone app in the United States, in which Grook has been ranked sixth. China’s Dippec AI briefly managed to take the top App Store position from Chat GPT in January, however, dismissing Musk’s claim that it would be impossible for other AI apps to do so.
Given the allegations of changes to X after the company’s acquisition in 2022, the allegations of interfering with Musk are irony, currently known as Twitter. A research study in 2024 suggests that Musk’s account was manipulated in X’s algorithm to promote posts. Open AIC CEO Sam Altman shared a plateframers report from 2023 to respond to Musk’s posts, which found that the Musk had a system so that he could promote his X -posts in the entire platform’s user base. In June, before providing answers to controversial questions around Israel and Palestine, US immigration, and abortion, the “Grook Chat Boat, who seeks more truth”, also consulted with Musk’s opinion.
This is not the first time Kasturi has worked with Apple and Open. Musk was an early founder at Openi, and earlier he targeted AI startup through legalism and unanimously rejected the offer to purchase the. Last year, after the openness with Apple to include Chat GPT in iPhones, iPads and Mac, Musk had threatened to threaten to ban Apple devices if Openi Tech was combined with Apple’s OS.
