    • Samsung TV users around the world are reporting that they are unable to load any apps.
    • The company allegedly recognized the potential barrier to service.
    • Some users have reported that holding the Power button to restart TV fully can help solve this problem.

It seems that Samsung TV faces a widespread problem where apps will not be properly loaded. It seems that this problem is affecting consumers globally. A Reddate Thread, with more than 700 comments, suggests that many Samsung TV owners are unable to use any apps on their TV.

According to users, most apps, including famous people like Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video, appear in the menu but will not open. Instead, they show a “202 error” message, which usually refers to the Internet problem. However, affected users say their internet connection is doing well.

One user said that after contacting Samsung Support, they received the following message:

We are aware of the potential barrier to service on your Samsung TV. Our engineers are currently working to restore the service as soon as possible. At this time, no additional information can be provided by our representatives. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Another user who tried to reset his TV ended without apps, as the TV server restoration could not download the terms and conditions.

The good news is, as it is a few minutes ago, some users are reporting that the issue is now being resolved. Some people have even suggested holding the power button until the TV is completely resumed, which seems to solve the problem.

If your Samsung TV is also affected by this network error problem, you would like to try to resume. It is possible that Samsung has started fixing.
