Meta is allegedly planning a new job interview format where shortlisted candidates will be asked to use artificial intelligence (AI) for their coding tests. According to the report, the new organization in the process of serving is part of the growing ambitions of the company in place of the new reorganization. It is said that Menlo Park -based Tech Dev is looking for a future workforce where employees, especially working on the company’s basic products, specialize in the use of productive AI tools.
There are 404 media reports that Meta is planning to implement a job interview. Instead of allowing and restarting the shortlist candidates to the AI, he wants applicants to use AI in their tests. Referring to internal communication review through the publication, the report states that potential employees will be asked to use AI assistant during their coding test.
To test the feasibility of using AI in tests, the company is also asking existing employees to participate in a “fun AI interview”. An internal communication allegedly said this month, “Meta is developing a new type of coding interview in which candidates have access to AI assistant. This developer is more representative of the environment in which our future employees will work, and LLM -based fraud is less effective.”
The post, whose main purpose was to ask employees to participate in the form of this new interview, also asked the staff to sign an online sheet if they want to work voluntarily in the Mock Test. The post allegedly added, “Questions are still in progress. Your data will help create the future of the interview at Meta.”
The new format of the interview is in accordance with the growing ambitions of the company in place of AI. Earlier this year, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, said about the Rogen Podcast, “This year, this year, maybe in 2025, we are going to be a Meta -based AI in other companies as well as in other companies that are effectively being an AI that can be effectively a middle -level engineer that you can write in your company.”
In February, Meta sacked 3,600 employees due to lower performance than expected performance. With the formation of the company’s Superintendental Labs, it is clear that Tech Dev wants to build a manpower that is not only comfortable using AI tools, but can also effectively give some tasks to chat boats.
