I’m just getting acquainted with Gemini on Pixel Watch when I was worn when it tells me that there is a kind of pastry called “Nun’s father”. This relationship is closed for a good start.

Anyway, “Nun’s” was a perfectly appropriate answer. I asked for a list of pastry, which asked a question with stupid names, which was indicated by a question from my 3 -year -old child. But my first reaction – “It’s hilarious!” OK after – “I was surprised if that is true?” What kind of problem does it keep AI on your wrist?

Google has just released a refreshment for the OS wear that enables Gemini assistant for the first time on smart watches. I thought I would have to walk around with Software software and app updates to get on Pixel Watch 2. Surprisingly, it is automatically downloaded, announces itself with notification.

Whenever I am using Android Phone

As the AI is anxiety and deception like assistants, whenever I am using an Android phone, I have made it a habit to be Gemini in my power. I do not ask him to plan my holidays or to help buy shoes, which are the use of AI companies that appear to be most mad. But I find it useful for a particular kind of question – which can be answered straight through Google Search. I have also started to see that when I don’t easily access Gemini, such as in the car or when I am in the kitchen and my phone is in another room. I think those days are over, because now I have literally linked Gemini with my wrist while sleeping. Not weird at all!

I started with a question I was sure I knew the answer but asked anyway: “Would I really have to clean this sweet potato if I am going to peel it?” My husband screamed positively from the other room, and Gemini gave me a brief answer to the same effect. Okay, OkayI got it.

Gemini also handled another line of inquiries very well, “Where should I get me coffee here?” He recommended a long list of shops, with two of my favorite tops. When I indicated to help him go to the nearest, he fired Google Maps as directed. When I sought such a recommendation in another neighborhood, he also properly identified the “Fancy, the Third Wave Coffee Shop”. The job was well.

Calendering – one of my favorite jobs to give AI was more mixed. Gemini can easily add a new calendar event, and when I asked, he found details of my next flight. But for some reason he insists that there is nothing in my calendar tomorrow, though definitely exists. It does not seem to have access to the events of someone else’s piety that has been shared with me, which is just an extension of the eternal struggle to live with several Google calendars.

Gemini did not do such a good job with the ferry schedule. I asked when the next ferry would depart from the city city of Seattle for Ben Bridge Island, and he gave me an answer that was wrong, 35 minutes. This is not something I usually trust Gemini, but when you use Gemini on your watch, this is your only option. Working with such a small screen and a web browser is not an easy way to confirm or context that Gemini is telling you from the clock. In addition to a small print that says “Gemini can make mistakes, so check it doubled”, you have to trust a lot of technology that is known to make things.

Of course, your phone is usually somewhere if you are talking to Gemini on your watch, and all your conversation with AI is available in the history of the Gemini phone app. Suppose your mobile device is not far away, it is not difficult to capture and check what is being said. But seeing that very few people click on the sources of AI for web searches, I am not sure that everyone is in trouble.

You have to trust a lot of technology that is known to make things

I Am One thing is sure, whether I want to recognize it or not: I’m going to use Gemini on my watch. I already have AI available to answer some types of low stake questions, and getting permanent access will probably encourage me to ask more. I would like to think that when I really matter, I’m disciplined enough to double check the sources. They may be the last words.

I don’t think I am alone for this kind of convenience. When I started using my watch with Google Assistant to ask easy questions. Can Answer with the basic web search-my tech-overs husband took notice. Now he says that whenever he has a question about something and his phone gets out of leak, “ask your watch”. Once you realize that you can get answers to some kinds of questions without lifting a finger, you start feeling these questions more often and in fact ask them. However, just double check this ferry schedule.
