- Once in his opening video, the retro gaming YouTuber was abducted.
- Earlier, videos were uploaded to the channel link on blog posts shared by ROM and BIOS downloads.
- It may also have sold consoles with Rome in the second hand market through Facebook.
Making an online emulsion -based content is a dangerous business, as the whole industry is full of legal gray areas. Italian Utuber was once fooled, found it difficult, authorities confiscated dozens of consoles and threatened to jail time to share copyright content.
Although his initial response video announces innocence, new details have been revealed that tell a different story. Although the crater has never clearly shared the ROMs, he may have played a little too fast and loose for his good.
In a video published in January, once foolish creator Francisco Salcani fled a new emulsion handheld (H/T Monto Tech). Although he clearly wants to refrain from giving details on YouTube, he links the text of “Where to Find Rome” from a blog post on his website. After that the link to the blog post has been removed, but it still appears in the Wayback machine (translated below).
The blog post (which is still written directly) links to ROM and BIOS download websites, both are protected by copyright. This post includes a withdrawal that readers only ask to download room for games they hold legally, but this is a very thin legal defense.
The video also recommends buying a handheld that ships with a micro -SD card full of roms, then copies these ROMs to their other gaming handhelds.
In addition, consumers on the retrootyuleum forums revealed that they were auctioning handhelds used on their Facebook page. These included the actual micro -SD card filled with sports, which denies its initial claims that it did not share or profit from copyright content.
Nevertheless, it is worth mentioning that all these handhelds are readily available to buy on Amazon. Relatively minor giving a prison time for YouTuber, while neglecting retailers and middlemen who are actively being active from selling copyright content is not a great example of setting content for creators in the future.
