Microsoft is starting to test the Xbox PC app and Xbox consoles that will allow cloud games to follow on your devices. A new play history section of the Xbox PC app and the Xbox Console Home UI will display cloud games as part of the recently played titles list and will rotate in Xbox consoles, PCs and handhelds.
Cloud playable games are now starting to show the game history or the Xbox PC app inside the library. The product manager for Xbox Experiences Lily Wang explains, “It includes cloud play capable titles, even the original Xbox to Xbox Series X |
Your recent game, including clouds, will soon follow you in devices-complete with cloud-driven game savings. So if you play an Xbox game on your console that is not locally available on the PC, it will still show up in your recent sports list and will be able to play through Xbox Cloud gaming on Windows.
The Xbox PC can meet a new filter in the section of the Cloud Playable Games Library, and a new “play history” section will appear at the end of the list of the Xbox PC app on the home screen. Wang says, “Although big tiles have recently played on their current device, the play history tile has shown sports played in any Xbox device, which makes it easy to lift where you have left.”
It will also appear on the same play history section on the Xbox Console interface, which may mean that we will eventually see the PC Games listed here and see the game worth the game through the Xbox Cloud Gaming.
