Google is checking various forms for the beta version of the Google Chrome app for Android, looking for the best place to keep a shortcut in AI mode. Earlier this year, it was announced in Google I/O, the AI mode is designed to help Google fight the challenges challenges of the search business, which dominates the AI apps. The AI format prevents people from a complex search inquiry from which they have to go through multiple search results to obtain the information they need. In advanceing AI mode, Google has re -designed the search bar on its apps. The reason for this is, ideally, if you have a question you need to answer, the search bar is the place where you will go first to help you get your answer. Google is now looking to see how it can better put AI mode in front of the iPads by watching the Android version of Chrome. Mashal Rehman writes that when he opened the beta version of the mobile browser on Android phone, he got a new look for the Chrome search bar. Google moved the lens shortcut and voice search icons out of the search bar and placed them under the bar.

Google did it so that it could move a shortcut icon to the search bar for AI mode, and put it in the front of Chrome users. This old property is equal to the digital, “location, location, location”. In addition, the old “G” logo is placed on the left side of the search bar, and the old “search or type URL” phrase written in the search bar is replaced with “search Google or type URL”.

Google also experienced another look for the Chrome search bar. At this different form of design testing, another shortcut was added to the Google lens and voice search shortcut icons found below the search bar, it is for the Poshunato. You can call it a “Heesenburg” icon for matching Walter White Breaking bad. In this version, the “G” logo is absent from the search bar, and the words used within the bar is the first used text.
Both different forms for the Chrome search bar were found in the beta version of the Chrome browser for Android in 139.0.7258.32. Any search bar’s AI mode is being tested with shortcut. My Pixel 6 Pro running Android 16 QPR1 does not appear on beta 3. In my case, I am just running the Chrome app version 138, which tells me why I do not see the search bars are being tested by Google.
Finally, Google will replace the current search bar on the Chrome app for Android because anyone who chooses it should take more and more users to AI mode and Google should help defend its search bar business as AI interlippers.
