Matters for billionaire Elon Musk and his social media platform X have taken the worst, known as Twitter. The French prosecution has now added the list of police assistance to the X -operating investigation into the X for criminal conduct.
The investigation was encouraged for a number of reasons, which are primarily boiling: X has organized systematic interference. In the meantime, French prosecutors have claimed the following alleged crimes against the online platform.

- Organized fake extraction of data from automatic data processing system
Prosecutors have asked French authorities to investigate “both legal agencies and individuals” after receiving preliminary results. It is also claimed that Musk has used his platform to promote “right -wing” groups in France, which is another process that the judicial system can use against it.
With this investigation, the United States will even criticize how some European governments are running their countries. The current US administration has accused governments of accusing US companies like Apple of suppressing free speech and launching unnecessary attacks.

With the help of police investigations, prosecutors can rely on very stringent measures against Musk and X. Perhaps the most important thing is that if they fail to appear in court, an international arrest warrant may be issued against Musk and X -executives.
This is not the first time that France has taken action against the online social platform in recent memory. Just a while ago, French authorities arrested Telegram founder: Powell Dorov. Dorov was accused of facilitating organized crime, which he refused. Elon Musk also criticized his arrest.
The Telegram investigation saw the app in popularity, as people downloaded it in a drop to show their support for free speech. I am convinced that the investigation in X will potentially yield similar results, and that the musk will probably not comply with the French authorities nor guilt.
