Yes, another heatwave is coming and the temperature is already rising. I’ve just gone from an apartment to a house, and when I love taking two stories, the upside down is very hot.

What is the Egyptian Sleep method?
The Egyptian sleep method refers to reduce the towel, eliminate excessive moisture and use it as a blanket instead of a lamb.
While some online articles are claiming that this hack gets its name as Egyptian sleeps, we think it is more likely to be missed because of reminding Mimi wrapped in a towel.
It is believed that the moisture of the towel against your skin keeps you cool enough to sleep. But does it work?

First views
After turning on the shower and tasting the towel in the bath (who confessed to all kinds of wrong), I pulled it out and hung it to the door to ensure that there was not much moisture to harm my mattress.
If you have invested in an excellent memory foam mattresses, I will not recommend to try this hack. The memory foam absorbs moisture that can lead to a matric mold – if you want to go, place the towel on your washing machine or dryer first spin cycle, to ensure that it is not too wet.

Next, I got ready for the bed, removed my duties and instead pulled the damp towel over me.
My first thoughts? ICK.

Once I stopped tossing and turning, I became a habit of feeling of wet towel and it was extremely effective in feeling cool. At one point, I thought could be really cold.
However, as soon as I turned (in which I do a lot), the same thin, aki, wet feeling kept me awake until I finally became a habit and started flowing.

The cold trauma against these parts of my body that had not yet felt it made me alert – vice versa when you are trying to sleep.
This sample continued to repeat. As I was flowing, I went a bit and I woke up again. But once again, I was not hot. So it was something.
The rest of the night
Well, so I think I continued with the towel for about 40 minutes. I was planning to sleep with her all night but in a disturbing, frustrated state, I kicked her. It was too late and I could not close with my skin so strangely.
After I did, I was so cool that I pulled my dwut over myself and went to a peaceful sleep – so I think it has reduced my body temperature a reasonable amount.
Although I was left with damp sheets and pajamas, which didn’t feel very good.

My decision on Egyptian sleep procedures
My advantage of the Egyptian sleep method is that it is genuinely effective to cool you – if you can afford this feeling.
When I have tried everything else, I’m going to keep this sleep hack in my previous pocket for really unbearable nights. I also imagine that adding fans to equality will make it even more effective.
Therefore, if you are waking up for hours, sweating and doing soluting, this Egyptian is able to shoot the sleeping procedure. But remember, if you have a memory foam mattress, remove all extra moisture and take extra care.
My first indicator to sleep in the heat
If you are looking for a less invasive solution to sleep during the hot weather, the following are the indicators above me.
Sleep in the right material
Since after switching to bamboo for my bed sheets and your pajamas, I don’t necessarily have to sleep ‘cooler’ but I have fallen asleep, which helps prevent more heat.
As I mentioned earlier, moisture is removed from the material, which means that it can absorb sweat from your body, which is why it is often used in cooling bed. Because moisture is trapped, your body has less sweat, the cooler makes you feel.
It also helps you feel fresh during the summer – a big bonus for your sleep hygiene.

Is a fan
Although it is usually not recommended to sleep with a fan all night, it may be a great option to go to sleep on the timer. Air circulation means that your sweat will become more rapidly, which will help you to cool down.
In the upper part of it, a permanent harmonious is akin to white noise, which can help to drown outdoor sounds that can awaken you.
Try the cave method

The cave method refers to closing blinds and curtains in your bedroom (or the entire house) and keeping the lights away. It keeps your room dark and cool, which is the most favorable environment for sleep.
To make sure you, you should keep all the light away from your bedroom all day. If your blinds or curtains open for just a few hours during the day, your bedroom will start to trap heat, which is difficult to get rid of.
