Samsung suddenly made its hardware ahead with Chinese brand devices while playing a catch -up in the foldable space and matching its software. Now South Korean residents are ready to strike back with the new Galaxy Z Fold 7. It is the biggest update of the Z -Fold Series over the years, with big screens, a thin chassis and 200 MP main camera.

At 215 grams, the Galaxy Z Folds 7 Galaxy S. 25 light from the Ultra and the Z Fold from the previous year is 6 to 24 grams.

New Armor Flexing and Armor Aluminum Frameting helped down the Z -Fold 7 slim. When folded, it is 8.9 mm thick and when it opens, it is just 4.2 mm thick.

Z Fold 7 measures 8.9 mm in its folded condition and when opens only 4.2 mm

These dimensions are according to the latest crop of foldable by China, such as Honor Magic V5 and Vivo X Fold 5, so Samsung can eventually compete on this front.

But the Z -Fold 7 is not just a thin and light fold, it also finds the biggest display in the series. The main screen now measures 8.0 inches while the core display comes in 6.5 inches, and even more importantly, the 21: 9 aspect ratio is wider, with typing and general use.

Both panels are still of the dynamic AMOLED 2x type, with a variable 1-120Hz refresh rate, and they are quite bright up to 2,600 nets. The core screen includes gorilla glass ceramic 2 protection and 10MP selfie camera.

Samsung used a new generation of its ultra -thin glass (UTG) on the central 8.0 display, which is already 50 % thick. Samsung also removed the under -display camera on the main screen and chose a more traditional punch hole solution of 10 MP. Sadly, the support of the S pen is also finished.

Fold 7 is still the IP48, which is rating against water and dust. The previous part of the Z -Fold 7 gets Gorlala Glass Victos 2.

When we are talking about the back, we can go to the cameras. Samsung added 200 MP sensor (Icel HP2) for the main camera – the same one that uses on the S25 ultra. It has a sensor with 24 mm with 1/1.3 “F/1.7 aperture and OIS. It includes 10 MP3X telephoto lenses (67 mm) and a new 12 MP Ultrawide Module (12 mm).

It is not surprising in the Champions Department because Samsung went with a reliable Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, which is compatible with 12/16 GB RAM and 256/512 or 1TB storage. Fold 7 has some advantage of the new Wi -Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 standards support the contact front.

The software side covered an UI 8 with an Android 16 -based full Galaxy AI Sweet. Samsung 7 is promising Android OS updates and 7 -year security patches.

While Samsung Fold 7 brought up a ton of upgrades, the battery is still stuck with the same old 25W wired, 15W wireless and 4.5W reverse wireless charging at 4,400mAh.

The Galaxy Z Folds will be available in 7 Blue Shadow, Silver Shadow, Jet Black and Mint Colors, which are later special Samsung.com online.
