If you are someone who likes to monitor your health through a smart watch, today’s Samsung Packed Galaxy event was great for you. I’ve always been in doubt about the idea that you need a smart watch, auria color or another wearing device to monitor and maintain your health. But in today’s Samsung Packed Galaxy event, it is clear that Samsung’s technology that strengthens these devices is improving, where I believe it is the best part of the event.
Samsung unveiled the next generation of its Galaxy Watch 8 series in today’s packaged event, as well as new Galaxy Z Philip 7 and Philip 7 per (fan edition) and Galaxy Z Fold 7 phones. But a good portion of the time of the event was able to wear Samsung, including the Galaxy Watch 8, his older brother Galaxy Watch 8 Classic and the Premium Galaxy Watch Ultra. There are some important updates in the watches, including Samsung adding its “thin design so far”, 50 % bright display and longer battery life. He is also the first Samsung Smart Watch to already load with Google Gemini. But these are the properties of health and fitness that really engulfed my eye.
This is a part of the story Samsung eventCNET’s collection of news, indications and advice around Samsung’s most famous product.

Some new health features include the guidance of bedtime, which uses your last three days of sleep patterns to shake you at night, which will give you more sleep and recovery time. Runners will have access to a new running coach that can make personal training plans, regardless of whether you do not have initial or training for the marathon. The running was a huge part of the Samsung event presentation, which was complete with the appearance and verification of Uganda’s long -range runner Jacob Caplumo, which holds a world record for the Half Marathon.
Some health features were also announced that may seem cool, but I left the questions how they actually work. The feature of a new vascular load means meant the “level of stress on your vascular system” while you sleep. If it flags at a high level during ordinary rest periods, it aims to help identify problems, but it is unclear how the sensor can measure vascular or cellular stress.
Then there is an antioxidant index that relieves new health properties. Samsung says that when you press your thumb on the sensor in the back of the clock, this feature can measure the level of antioxidant through your skin. This is more than notified for eating more fruits and vegetables. Samsung says it can measure the surface of the carotinoids, the green veggies found in the antioxidants, and the improvement in the chart. I do not know how it measures these things.
Samsung has been adding health tracking features to its smart watch with competitors like Apple and Google for a while. But it seems that no big tech company is wearing like Samsung. The Galaxy Watch 7 was the first smart watch to seek the approval of the FDA to detect its sleep deprivation. Samsung also introduced a Galaxy smart color last year, which, despite the increase in consumer interest, was significantly absent from Google and Apple’s lineup.
“Galaxy Watch 8 digital health tools are a part of our broader mission to provide, and provide prevention and connecting services,” said John Angel Hard, a representative of Samsung’s product marketing. Samsung also announced the acquisition of Digital Health Company Zilith, which indicates that the company plans to continue its health focus.
Samsung’s general precision point of view and wearing welfare clothing is smart. Smart watches may not be essential gadgets like phone or laptops, but good health is valuable. Health is wealth, as is a proverb. So I am definitely disappointed, Samsung did not give much facial time to health properties during today’s packaged event. If we are going to rely on a tech company with sensitive information about our health and well -being, we deserve a better understanding of these features.
For now, I will wait and see how CNET’s Vanessa Hands Orialana reacts how to wear new health features. As he said in his early hands: “We will know that when we are put into the test in our thorough review, these features survive until the hype.” But a note to Samsung to me for the future: When it comes to our health, do not vaccinate the details.
