Apple released iOS 26 son 3 for the iPhone on Monday. The latest update has brought several visual adaptations compared to the previous repetition, which was introduced in June. According to the Capetino -based Tech Dev, there are more color choices for stock wallpapers for home and lock screens. It is said that this refresh has also adjusted the appearance of the new liquid glass interface, which now has many apps darker in many apps compared to iOS 26 beta -2 updates.
IOS 26 Beta 3 for iPhone: What is new
One of the key changes in iOS 26 beta 3 is the appearance of a liquid glass UI. Introduced in WWDC 2025, Apple said it brings a glass -like image to the iPhone. It is a Parbassy material design that reflects and denies the visual elements around it. The company then developed a new design with the updated iOS 26 beta 1, but feedback is far from positive.
Some users complained about being able to read the text when light wallpapers were applied, while others didn’t like it at all.
Since then, Apple has been changing the appearance of the UI with every successful beta update, and iOS 26 beta 3 is no different. The latest update for the iPhone brings a slightly deep appearance in the language of the design, which can potentially increase the ability. It is said that this is the most prominent in the media player in Apple music and podcast apps.
Meanwhile, users also have a more diverse set of colors to choose when applying stock wallpapers. They can choose between shadow, sky, hala and evening. When the Dark Mode is applied, there are differences between four wallpaper options.
Moreover, icons in the iPhone dock will still be focused even if less than four are kept. Earlier, they were connected to the left. Other changes include minor adaptation in the icons for files and photo apps.
iOS 26 Beta 3: Who can download
According to Apple, IOS 26 Beta 3 is presented as a free Over the Air (OTA) software update to Apple Developers and Beta Tests registered on iPhone 11 and later models. However, Apple Intelligence Features, along with the iPhone 16 series, are limited to the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
It is expected that iOS 26 will be publicly released in September with the iPhone 17 lineup.
