Last month, T -Mobile announced that its T -satellite service, which relies on a star link satellite to bring in the dead zone, will launch commercially on July 23. This feature allows the phone to connect with satellites without any particular equipment. Right now, only the phone released in recent years has been endorsed, but it is about to change.

Handsets on T -Mobile network will be able to connect to the satellite not for the use of satellite

Prior to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), device manufacturers are required to obtain regulatory approval to enable satellite contacts on their devices. It was a loose speech, nothing but a formal status, as most of the modern devices are capable of connecting with satellites. This needed meant that T Mobile A device manufacturer could not bring a satellite in a device before receiving regulatory approval. In April, T Mobile It was asked to forgive this need, pointing out that it extended the time to bring more consumers to a living service.

Many handset are theoretically able to operate the feature that device manufacturers cannot do because of being inactive.

The FCC has now been exempted, saying that already approved devices for operations by mobile towers or traditional wireless services can now contact space (SCS) services with additional coverage. This will ensure that users are connected even though the network is out of the range or even when the network malfunction.

Although Apple and Samsung are returning to the iPhone 13 and Galaxy S11, it has just been endorsed, the only other smartphones that are compatible are a group of recent Google Pixel Models and Motorola Handsets. There are currently 1.8 million users in this service.

The list of qualified devices was already expanding so that some cheap Samsung phones, extra motorola handsets, and a couple could be added. T MobileHandsetts, and now that the waiver is given, we expect it to increase rapidly.

The rules are relaxed just as the satellite son is about to end. The service is free T Mobile Ahead of the next projects and users of the GO5G experience, while each, including AT&T and Verizon users, will receive $ 10 a month.

Currently, only texting is supported, but data service will be introduced on October 1.
