- Google Home is now widely developing its new member roll feature.
- Earlier, it was available for Google Home users who enrolled in the public preview program.
- The role of the member allows you to invite family members, including children under the age of 13, to manage specific equipment or their entire smart home.
The access feature of Google Home Member is now running widely with version 3.3 of the app. This feature makes it easier to share the device or the entire smart home with someone. Users can invite family members, including guests and roommates, by assigning the role of a new member.
Member Roll Google Home allows users to customize it. For example, you can togel permissions to view the device and home history and allow or cancel to fully manage your home devices and automations.
Now you can provide limited access to children under the age of 13 to your smart home. They will be able to work like control lights, music playing and unlocking doors. To enable it, the child should be part of your Google Family Group and as a member. By default, permits for the activity of seeing and changing activity are closed to children’s accounts.
You can customize access and privileges for everyone in your Google Home app. You can provide “admin” access to partners and people you want to manage your home. People who should only have limited access can be included as “members” and you can further customize whether they should access the settings or activity.
To add someone as a member or manage access to the admin on your Google Home app, select and head your home Settings> Household and Access> Add> Home Member.
