If you have ever felt completely asleep on the hot summer day, even without much work, you are not imagining it. High temperatures can wear your body faster, which causes heat fatigue that you struggle to slow, sweat and focus. It’s just more than discomfort – it’s trying to maintain your body growing internal temperature.

The good news is that there are easy, science -backed ways of fighting back. From proper hydrated to small adjustments to your daily routine, you can reduce the effects of heat and feel more stimulated, even in the hottest part of the summer. If you are spending time outside or trying to make it in the afternoon without any accident, these are the five easy ways to stay cool and avoid heat fatigue.

Why does the hot weather get tired of you?

When it is hot, the body has to work hard to maintain homemastosis (things to work properly your body are a balance between all your body systems). So even if you are not getting physical, just staying in the heat is enough to give you tired, because your body is working overtime to keep you cool. Your heartbeat increases, and your body burns calories at a higher rate.

There are two ways the thermormorological methods of the body are present. Vasodilation, or the width of blood vessels, allows you to get more blood on the surface of your body, which helps to regulate internal temperature. Sweating is the second physical reaction to getting heated – your system leads the basic physical fluid. These processes require energy and effort.

5 ways to overcome feeling tired in the heat

This easy strategy can help you fight tired and enjoy the hot weather.

    1. Stay hydrate

According to the National Library of Medicine, 28 % of older adults in the United States have suffered a water shortage. The dehydration is more than just thirsty. The body needs water to work. There is a risk of dehydration in the heat, because your body cannot cool you down, which causes heat stroke. The more you sweat, the more you will eliminate your fluid storage.

Symptoms of dehydration can be fine, especially if you are chronic dehydration and make a habit of headaches associated with dry lips, fatigue and dehydration.

Hydrite is an essential way to beat heat fatigue. You have to change the sweat water. When you know that you will get out, it is a good idea to increase your body’s amount of water to prepare your body.

Water is the best source of liquid to counteract water deficiency. However, sports drinks can replace the lost salt in sweat, which can make them another good option. Avoid drinking alcohol while in the heat, as it is a diuretic that damages dehydration.

When you are out, you should always wear sunscreen. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends using the SPF 30 or more and re -applying every two hours. Even if you apply sunscreen, sitting under the umbrella and wearing loose clothes and hats that stop the sun is recommended.
