Samsung tested with the Galaxy S25 Edge – the light, thin flagship could change the direction of the Galaxy design. But it seems that Samsung has read the market incorrectly and the internal people are reporting disappointing sales for the edge.
Internal persons say there will be good sales during the first three months of the new phone availability. The Galaxy S25 Edge, which began only in late May, sold less units than expected and Samsung allegedly reduced the production goals for it.
It was being talked about that next year, Edge Galaxy would replace Plus in the S -26 series. Plus has historically been the weakest seller of the three – we saw this year, last year and a year ago.
We can understand why Samsung wants to shake things and find a better selling model, but the edge is not like-at least not this generation. It is not yet clear whether Samsung will change the course for 2026 or will give the Edge Design another shot.
Prior to this decision, the company will have to deal with its foldable lineup. Internal speaking Elec Claim that the Samsung will reveal the Galaxy Z 7 foldable preparation for the US market-this month will manufacture 600,000 units, which is from the original project of 400,000 units. This is ahead of the revenue, which will affect the price of the units sold in the United States.
It will eat at least this month in the global market production numbers – in July, the production will gradually increase. The actual plan was to produce 1.34 million foldable, out of which 630,000 galaxy Z fold was 7 units.
