- Google has begun re -designing the phone app content on the beta channel.
- The latest interface brings visual changes to the call screen and the current tab.
- It has also introduced two new indicators options for the upcoming call screen.
The Google Phone Change Change appears to begin through the server side update on the latest beta release (version 180.771769344). As shown earlier, the latest call screen contains large UI elements, including bullet -shaped buttons, contact names and collar images. The recent tab has also received a slight change, and the recent call list now has a contradictory background with round edges.
Google has also developed the new “upcoming call indicator” setting in the phone app, which allows you to choose one of the two new call screen interfaces. If you select a “single tap” gesture, the incoming call interface contains the “answer” and the “fall” buttons that you can tap to receive or finish the upcoming call.
On the other hand, the “horizontal swipe” gesture, adds a bullet -shaped slider to the upcoming call screen. It has the phone button in the middle and has the options to respond or reject the call from both sides. On this interface, you can swipe the phone button on the left to receive a call or to reject it.
These changes to the Google Phone app are not widely available, but we expect Google to eliminate them soon. We will update this post when the phone app content collided with a stable channel.
