According to the Webo Post via the Tipster Digital Chat Station, the next One Plus 15 will have a low resolution display. The phone allegedly will have a 1.5K resolution panel, which will be discharged from QHD+ panels, which has been a standard on the number flagship for many years.
One Plus 15, as indicated by the previous report, is said to have a flat display.
