I look at the monitor here as an important part of my work in Takadar Pro. I have tried more and more, and I have a good sense of which I am ready to buy a BUY of real -world use and what is good on paper. This is partly due to the fact that I am still very high in the “regular” workforce, using all kinds of different setups, computers, monitors, etc. With saying all this, I forgot how cheap this monitor was during my testing phase and I realized that when I sat down to write and double checks, it was only $ 360 to double.
There is now an abundance of 4K monitors in the market, which does not cost the maximum price models, from budget options. If you are looking for some excellent business monitor right now, we have excellent leader, but what is really impressive about this EW2790U is that, only $ 360, you get an excellent 4K panel, which is not just a bare panel but full of features.
Benq EW2790U: Pricing and Availability
There are currently three different types in the EW series: EW3290U 9 549.99, EW2790U 9 359.99, and EW2790Q 9 329.99. The Qi model has a low resolution (2560×1440) but has a high refresh rate of 100hz than EW2790U. Out of it, the display is the same. After that, EW3290U is mainly similar to EW2790U, but with a large screen and better speaker system.
The Ben -Queen Display is sold on the Bank website and the larger retailers and is often available at discounted prices. If you are in the market for a new panel and want an interconnected, make sure to find something to check the deals.
BENQ EW2790U: Inboxing and first impression
Benq EW2790U comes with a monitor, a slim stand compared to the other banks monitor, a slim stand, USB-C cable, a power cable (IEC), and a quick leader. In the meantime, the visible speakers are standing, there is no doubt. In addition, white bezel is mostly different from the black bezel monitor. However, after keeping it out of the box for a while, I became accustomed to it, and now I don’t mind.
I had a monitor on the stand that came for about 15 seconds to see how it works. Then I moved the display into one of my monitor weapons because I am confident that I have reached my limit, and all my monitor needs to be on one of my monitor weapons for aesthetic reasons, keep the desk clean and cable management.

Now there are some interconnected monitors when I have experienced the non -standard white bezel frame, and I really like it in the right place. It feels modern and fun, reminds me that I can enjoy this place and what I am doing and not just feel like work is done.
The visual speakers are something I have never seen in the monitor, but now I barely see them strange because I have seen them so often at this place.
The back offer is another construction standard that I was not expecting a little budget monitor. Most budget monitors have the least ports, I have seen some with a HDMI port to save money. In this monitor, though, although, three HDMIs, two USB-C (one that plugged in your computer is plugged for accessories), three USB-A, a headphone jack, and an IEC port for electricity (not a cheap barrel connector like a budget display).
Benq EW2790U: In use
Well I’ll admit it, I have a problem. Just 15 seconds after keeping this monitor on this stand, for a long time to test it and see it, I threw this display on one of my monitor arm. I just like look and function. But this is not to say anything negative about the stance that sends with an interconnected monitor, because I don’t mind. It is a minor, it has some good movements, and it is beautiful.
Going forward, this display has been running my secondary setup for 105 days when writing this review. For 105 days I’ve run through this monitor to test every computer to test and performance, I took it in the background of every meeting, I played my son’s game on it, and I have been watching the show on it while working on it, my friends work with him, and I can play it a pod cast or just play it.
This is a great display of productivity, this display is great. The 27 inches size is the industry standard for some reason, it is a sweet place. It works well with almost every computer, with 16: 9 aspect ratio and 4K resolution. Although this unit makes it unique is that with the tap of the button you can change color profiles, audio modes, display methods and volumes and jump into a completely different profile for a different device together.
Therefore, you can set up your production capacity with your standard visual, vocal audio format, and USB-C port, and then with a button touch you can be ready for gaming after hours, or see the content at your lunch break. And, with three HDMIS, you can plug in the gaming system, an Apple TV, and a work dock while still plug your personal laptop or tablet through USB-C. Oh, and don’t forget this is a budget monitor.
Speakers are not in breaking the land, but I would say that they are better than the majority of the other monitor and will compare more to the TVS speaker in my mind. They are good, you will not be angry with the quality but you will not object to them too. I can afford the non -decrint background music in music but I am well aware that I felt as if I was missing some parts. Audio profiles were excellent for virtual meetings, with podcasts or videos I was watching.
Benq EW2790U: Final decision
The Bank EW2790U is an excellent budget 4K monitor that has extraordinary port offers, excellent features and a unique design. If you are looking for a full -fledged budget monitor, or even a complete feature monitor and you are not so upset about the price, you will want to check this display before another purchase.
